Okay I see what it is, I was thinking (and hoping) it was more of a process like DA has, selling actually printed images.....this is just selling a digital copy and then hoping against hope your design doesn't show up later on zazzle...Oh hell no....this is not a good program, unless you make stock images. For a program like this, I wouldn't do any real "art" but more like something that I didn't care if it was all over the internet or online stores, because that is what is going to happen, not always, but more then what we want.

So that would mean we all become vendors and Rendo would get their 50% cut, right?

I also see the licenses, but how exactly does the process work?

That sounds like the same story DAZ vendors have been telling about M4 products not selling. Clothing items for Genesis males seem to sell pretty well or they wouldn't keep making them. Either Poser users have given up or the vendors are not making quality products for Poser. That could be the reason why their items are not selling. When is the last time any vendor created something of quality for M4. There are zillions of items for V4, but only one in a thousand items for M4 compared to Vicky.

Nothing sells if it isn't made or if it's poorly constructed.

And maybe that is why the M4 products didn't sell well, including textures for the most part. There were only two or three vendors that made decent M4 textures and probably the same amount for properly constructed or clothing that had any imagination to it. It was very hard to find good stuff for M4 which is sad. As far as V4 things not selling, if they did make available what they made for the Genesis models their sales would have gone up. What they made even for Gen2 (which is usable in Poser) was always much more imaginative then what they made for V4. I think that some vendors just got lazy and churned out the same things over and over again.

We do have some really good vendors that still create for V4. Renapd, Karanta, Maddelirium and P3D-Art are four outstanding Vendors that still do Poser and V4 items.

Is this a prime coupon? Has it expired? I tried to use it and it said I didn't have permission to use it.

I think that as long as it doesn't turn into a "OMG you still use POSER?" thing and it's from vendors that work in Poser as well and still make things for Poser great. But not if it's going to turn into another "DS OMG it's the best since sliced bread and if you don't use G3 you are sooooo behind"

I mean I just looked at the new Fantasy sale and only ONE vendor made something for Poser ONE. That is the one thing I will pick up, the rest, I have no use for.

I agree with JV. Things are high priced to begin with over at Daz. To me, it's when they have their huge discounts that I will purchase something there. I can't afford their 'normal' pricing, where as here I still can to some extent.

This may seem like a petty, piddly thing to you, however, I can assure you it is not. Otherwise it would not be brought up again and again and again.

There is probably nothing you can do about the Prime club, that horse is dead, the damage has been done. It should have been taken care of a long, long time ago, wait, no it should have never happened, but it did. While TPTB may think that that has all died down and things are all hunky dory over it, it's not, we've just started spending our money elsewhere, because the Prime Club no longer holds any type of competition against normally priced products elsewhere for the most part. I'm still very angry about it and believe it or not, so are a LOT of other Prime Members, as you all will find out as membership to that drops off as well.

Anyway, good luck Hope, I think there is a learning curve, and I truly wish that you would seek out and listen to those admins that have successful relationships with the community, this is something you are not going to learn on your own.
