Interesting read. I would get my two cents in too, but I think I will pass this time, besides, there has been enough said already that is quite to the point, and no one bothers to hear or listen, or pretends nothing is being said that is worthwhile, and it's already at 204 posts. And I am too busy painting my toenails today among other things to wet my lips into this thread. Oh, one small thing, the old idea that what you won't see won't upset you, can, trust me on that, even a pile of money won't be a good hiding place forever when the tasty peanuts run out and the elephants stop coming in droves because they get tired of chewing on empty tasteless shells.
Thread: OT: Congress passing new laws about nudity on websites... R'osity? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Someone said "tasteful artistic nudity" Too funny. Awful lot of untasteful stuff here too, don't kid yourself, look around. Looks like the internet is finally getting a work over and a swift boot by more laws and lots of restrictions. Last great frontier of freedom gone. Who do we blame for it all getting so out of hand but just one too many big boobs. LOL!
Thread: "Family Friendly" vs. "Adult" -- a new study on profitablity | Forum: Community Center
This place has a little bit of both worlds, not like it's totally skin free you know? Look at the banners alone?? Totally x rated does not make for longterm profit existence unless that's all your website is catering to or into. Teletubbie restrictions are also not good for longterm profit, especially when it's an art site full of fussy poser users, it be like poser 6 having the nudity option taken away! Ouch, oops, broke a nail typing that! Be okay if this was a kiddie website, but it's not. It's a little of both worlds, like a skirt that may be really high cut, but not too high or sheer, and safe enough to wear on a date or to the office, although by some banners, there's still a major transition taking effect, safe hasn't quite found itself yet. Better go check on my supper..

Looks like we have one big Spongebob Squarepants fan among us! Lol! Wonder if Spongebob has a dark side too? Bathwater running, lots of bubbles, time to go wash behind my ears, lol.
Thread: New Forum : Last Sighting of Darkness | Forum: Community Center
Why can't we have a Spongebob Squarepants Forum? He's popular, he's all wet, he's all over the place and into everything too; they even have a Spongebob Squarepants Phone that sings instead of rings! I think it's just as absurd.
Thread: When did Disney buy Renderosity? | Forum: Community Center
Lol! I came into this thread hoping maybe Disney did buy a share of this place. I happen to like Disney, that Prince Charming is a real hunk, hee.. Absurd is lightly put bonestructure, try "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!"
Thread: New Forum : Last Sighting of Darkness | Forum: Community Center
I like wearing black, makes me look good and brings out my features nicely.
But when I take it all off I'm nicely pink showing off all the really nice things about me.
See, I'd rather leave them guessing with mysterious darkness and bring out that nice stuff when the moments right, not reverse as you suggest.
I don't need to bring out my dark side, I'd much rather surpress it thank you and I sure wish more people would do the same in life, be a much better world all around.
Too much sweet and good can be a yawn too, everything in moderation, but we do have more than enough darkness around us nowadays, just turn on the slimy Sunday Evangelists trying to make a buck off millions of sour grapes looking for a reason to believe in something besides what they have to see and hear and live everyday! Donate to me and I will guide you to better pastures, yeah sure, in your dreams!
We make our own pastures.
No self respect or discipline anymore, just attitude like expressed in this post. That attitude doesn't amount to much or people wouldn't have to fight with those inner demons so anxious to come out and play.
Tell them to get lost and take a hike, your better than those little devils inkling to get out of your persona.
No one asks you to be a Jar Jar Binks either, but why do we have to look up to Darth Vader all of a sudden?
This here reminds me of that commercial on tv lately where these gothic looking bunch of guys get picked up by some light humored oldster that takes them for a wild ride in the backwoods and lightens them up from their droopy, moody lost in zombie limbo character and by the end of the commercial they're all going something like...eeeeeyhaaaaaaaaaaaw!
Lol! Excuse me, hair appointment, have to run.
Try to bring out your spirits, not your gremlins.

Thread: To Postwork or not to Postwork | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I enjoy the postworked one for same reasons as stated above here many times, because the straight one is just the same old yawn and sleeper snooze one sees plenty here and the painted one peaks interesting wake up value.
The only thing I would add, or suggest, is that if your going to postwork it, change stuff too, or add something, make it totally yours not just partly and add some good old imagination to just a face with hair and eyes.
Unless it's someones portrait or a specific cause. And if you really want to get some attention to this work, paint a naked manhunk or a blond with a big pair of boobs as a reflection in her eyes, as if she is looking at them in a surprised fashion, that will get you lots of hits fer sure, lol.

Interesting?
How about if we want to bring out our pink sides of the force?
Or chocolate sides? I have this thing for chocolate, hmmm!
Isn't there enough dark stuff on the internet and even in real life without having a special forum for it too?
Why encourage more evil and sloth and dark moody stuff, enough to go around now for everybody and then some, people should be looking into their souls for the good stuff, not that bad karma that breaks my nails daily when I hear too much on the news.
Don't know about others but this kind of stuff just brings me down.
My take.

Thread: banned | Forum: Community Center
Sometimes I wonder if you people are talking about clones or clowns? LOL! Okay, excuse me, one of those blonde moments, my lizard hairpin may be on too tight. So jumpy, what happens if a forum TOS bans itself because eighty nine percent of the membership may be clones? And what about some members that are a clone of a clone of a clone of a clone of a clone, I mean, just think of how many clones must be voting in the gallery hot twenty alone! Makes you wonder if even merchants clone to buy their own stuff to have nice lists of buyers? That be just as silly and I sure don't want to believe that could even happen. This clone thing is over rated in one sense and under rated in another. I don't believe it is promoted, but I think it is used as an excuse at times to bun people and way overlooked in others or the whole forum would be only around three hundred and twenty four original members. I would laugh at this point, except it's not funny. None of this is. Giving me a headache which is not a good way for a woman to start her Weekend.

Thanks for the info, interesting read, always nice to know where people get their online names, mine is just my name, blonde and simple, lol!!
Can see what you mean by the gender neautral trick with your name spinner.
Spinner controls in max? Sounds like fun, but complicated.
Also still curious to know what jumpy actually means?
Lots of names on these forums you only have to look at and you can often tell what they may mean, or that they are just plain catchy, but some seem more complex or much deeper.
I should ask bonestructure where he gets his name from too, and XENOPHONZ and dialyn and pushinfaders and geep and.. Edit for awrfful speeling!

Thanks, checked mine, and I'm okay.
"I'm still fixing it, but thanks jumpy :-)"
That's so cute being called jumpy, wondering how you got such a nickname? Have lots of guesses, some more jumpy than others, lol!!
Hate typos, not sure what I'd do without these edtit functions.

""LOL Not too seriously anal retentive are u? Wasnt bad enuff the first comment u left, that u had to go and re-edit and make it worse. Go piss on someone elses dedication. " was the artist reply" Lol, ironically, this comment by the artist makes 'them' sound exactly like they are suggesting 'you' are, how silly and self absorbed is that?! Pretty sad when you can't even give friendly advice and you get blasted for it! Should have just went with the generic "Wow, your the greatest artist and I just looooove your work to bits!" That's all someone that has stopped learning wants to hear.

Charming I'm sure!
Well, looks like I'll be putting on some Grateful Dead music this coming Christmas instead of milk and cookies, lol!
Excuse me, I have a salmon fillet sizzling in the oven, take care Jerry Garcia, Santa Claus, bonestructure.
