They could have kept the addresses alone. Now my quick access pages are outdated.

The only time I find myself asking that question is when I realize how old V4 and M4 actually are. I'm still getting plenty of mileage out of them, and there's still plenty of fresh content for them, so if it wasn't for the age element, I have no reason to ditch them.

That and I use Poser instead of DAZ. Eventually I might make the jump, but it'll be a while if happens.

I prefer photorealism in CGI renders, but I'm way deep on the amateur/hobbyist end of the spectrum. I pretty much settle for what I can get with my limited skillset. I can respect and admire good stylized stuff as well, though.

The cross-compatibility still keep V4 and M4 relevant, even well after newer versions have come and gone. And those two models have a lot of content available for them.

So the next question is, what will SM release that's on par with Victoria 7 (and I'll assume Michael 7 is to follow)? AFAIK Rex and Roxie have been duds when it comes to competing with Victoria and Michael...

I've used Kate for a few renders way back in the day. I don't know if there are any other child models that are more commonly used.

I started buying content when I started running out of stuff to use in the prepackaged content (when I finally got over the learning curve!), and I was (and still sort of am) too much of a n00b to make my own content.

That might actually do (would need texturing and all that). The other stuff could be added on just to give it more mileage and usage.

I hope you make it through this. I lost someone close to cancer almost 6 months ago. Still hurts like yesterday.

And I think with female figures alone, it's a snowball effect. We all use Vicky 4 so much because she has so much content, and because she has so much content, she gets used so often.

Basically, do the lesser used figures have much content? If they don't, is that the reason why we don't use them very often?

Roxie's got that teenage cute thing going for her. I wouldn't use (vanilla) Roxie in any sexy shoots, but she's great for the innocent, cute, playful ones.
