Thread: Help! Customer's account has been removed somehow! | Forum: MarketPlace Customers
She's still locked out today. First thing she got was something about maximum login attempts for her IP address and then when I asked her to look again to get the exact wording, it just told her that the account is banned. "Please check your email for more information" again and she still does not have any emails. She does, however, still get all the sales and newsletter emails from Rendo.

New update--I can see her gallery and profile so it's not like she just mysteriously evaporated. This is quite weird.

To follow up--she attempted to reset her password to see what that would do and it tells her that her account has been banned, and to look in her email for more information, but she has no emails from Rendo (she checked her spam folder as well).
Thread: Just got an order confirmation email for an order I didn't make | Forum: MarketPlace Customers
Got the same email and while I'm glad for the explanation and that they've disabled the problematic system, I guess we will have to keep our fingers crossed that nobody in that list is an unethical sort who will use the list for their own marketing. I've deleted the emails, myself, so y'all don't have to worry about me. ;)

Same. That's quite the list of email addresses. Little surprised we haven't heard anything from Rendo about this yet.
Thread: Couple of features I'd like to see in future | Forum: Poser 11 / Poser Pro 11 OFFICIAL Technical
I was unable to access the top menu to click on Edit to get to General Preferences. When I say it messed up my UI I mean it messed it up bad. There was no way to reach anything to reset.

@Minyassa .. You didn't mention what version of poser you are using, but if on 11, you have the option to scale the interface size, since you said you had problems seeing some of the icons. It's in the interface tab of the general preferences (Edit menu). Only drawback is it only scales posers interface, if you are using scripts like netherworks camera panel, light dots, etc. It doesn't resize those.
Yeah I tried that early on and it messed me up sooooo badly. I don't even remember what awful thing it did in detail but it was something that made me have to reinstall the program to get my interface back at all. I never dared touch it again.

@minyassa in the very top right corner of each interface section (Camera, light control, preview window, etc) there is a small downward pointing triangle, click on that, uncheck "Drag-Docking Enabled" and that will lock that section in place preventing you from dragging it around. After you have everything where you want it and locked in place. Save your UI to one of the UI Dots, this will save your layout, and being locked/docked/floating etc.
@bwldrd THANK YOU!! Bless you, you are a sanity-saver! <3

Oh, and one more thing...I'd really like to see a lock we can toggle on windows. If there is such a thing already I'd like to know where to find it, but all I've found is docking...and I'm BAD with dragging my windows around instead of grabbing the camera. It drives me crazy. On high resolution on a 22" screen my old eyes are already straining sometimes to see where little bitty icons are, but that panning camera is my bane and I am CONSTANTLY dragging my preview window out of place instead of grabbing the camera. I complained about that to a friend of mine and her immediate response was "omg me too" so it's not just this particular old person. xD
Thread: Is Poser 11.3 update a full re-installation or does it update Poser 11.2? | Forum: Poser 11 / Poser Pro 11 OFFICIAL Technical
If there's no difference then I don't know why it created an entirely new folder to stick my preference files into and didn't put them back into my program. I'm familiar with custom installation and checked the appropriate options to save my configuration, and it completely ignored that. Perhaps it was because I'm not installing to my C drive, then. For whatever reason, it did not save my preferences and it even didn't give me the default rendering presets, I had to put everything in manually.

Is this going to work with Win7? Last time I updated, it assumed a Win10 format for my preferences and so they did not apply.
Thread: Poser 11 Pro not saving my last render | Forum: Poser 11 / Poser Pro 11 OFFICIAL Technical
@RedPhantom--that was it. Updating fixed it. I did a handful of spot renders, closed the program, re-opened it, and all of them including the last one were there. What a weird glitch to let me know I needed to update! Thanks for the nudge.

Which version of poser are you using? several versions of 11.2 had a problem but they fixed it in 11.2.307. You might need to update.
11.2.276. I must've missed the notification of an update, I'll go look. Thank you.
