Yeaho! This is very cool. They've put in some things I've really been hopin' for. But when I try to import a model from the old blender, some ot it dissapears! I really do not want to remodel all of that. I was wondering if anyone know if there was a format you could export it as that kept all of the settings? (as in, it kept the armature and everything). I dunno. THis might be wishful thinking.

Sure. (oh, and when I said layer, I meant plane, hope that didn't confuse anyone). If I remember correctly, when you're in the material settings, click on mirror trans, then Shadow Only. If this doesn't work, let me know and I could check.

I agree. ANd actually, I'm having the exact same problem. I can't seem to join the legs to the body (I modeled each separetely). Does ANYONE know how to solve this? That would be really really cool!!! (yes, I'm new to blender)

I'm evil too. I downloaded Blender. It's awesome, can do everything I've always wanted to be able to do (moviemaking wise, which is why I DO CG,) and it's totally free. That's why I've been gone lately. It saddens me, it really does! :(

Aha! It is a mixture of old challenges! Pretty cool! (please don't rage on me, but what does this have to do with speed? The soundwaves?) Very cool. I want one in my room. Or better yet, outside, so I could play my music for everyone in the neighborhood.

Have you ever known anyone to say, "No! This isn't good enough for the gallery!" Of COURSE it is! It's also true, however, that it always feels as if a picture is never "finished". For me at least. Hmm. Those two thoughts seemed a lot more related a second ago. Darn.
