The Grab Bag FREE items that are given to each buyer are completely random. Some of our vendors only create add-ons as products and we did not want to exclude them from giving items to buyers in this promotion. Some have received them and truly enjoyed them.

We can actually be a little more stringent when reviewing these since they do have "run of the site" they actually should be a little more tame than promo images and such since there is not a filter for those.
So we apologize for this and I will make sure that we are looking more closely at these before activation and hopefully we can resolve any uncomfortable banner ads .

Now, if we can just convince the site admin to work out all major design upgrades on a test site first...
I can tell you that we've been discussing a test/live site for the future. It would be an actual live site that we would invite a group members to use with the new upgrades doing "real" stuff they would normally be doing like purchasing, vendors uploading, members uploading in the galleries, using forums, etc while everyone else will be using the live site that hasn't changed .
We do use a test site now but its our small team testing and it not being as active and a real "live" environment it isn't as effective as we'd like.

Not trying to be insentive to your statement but are you saying that on the checkout field you can't see the Gift Certificate field along with the other two with wording on them? I find the grey with the white background easy to read so just wondering if you had trouble reading that?
I can ask about making that like a black or something but I thought maybe I was misunderstanding what you were saying as it seems to be really easy for me to see those on my computer so just wanting to see if I was understanding what you were saying correctly?
I can't wait til y'all see the enhancements they have made to the depts/category/facets that will be released next week. This should really really make drilling down and finding exactly what you are looking for in the marketplace so much easier without having to use the actual "search" field but you will be able to easily drill down to find all the items exactly that you want to see with ease. This enhancement based on the feedback we received I think is one that is going to be a YAY YAY next week when it's released!!!

It's due to the address being different so it seems you've either moved or had old biling information connected to your credit card, this is what caused it to happen this time. The billing info to pass the verification has to match the billing info connected with your credit card. And I can see the exact address info the first time you put in one street,city,zip that was different than than the second time and that first attempt failed verification, the second time you put in different billing info and it passed so that means that is the correct billing info associated with that card.. So I'm not sure if you recently moved or changed addresses or what but that is what caused this to fail the first time. And that first charge is not settled or captured it's pending and it won't be settled or captured so it will drop off as I stated above so when a charge is showing pending in your bank account/credit card we (Renderosity) do not have the money in our bank account, this is why I can't just go in and do a refund for that original pending first failed attempt as we don't receive the money unless the second step (the verification) occurs and I can clearly see that it's pending and not settled and this is due to the difference in billing information that you put in both times, they are different so the first one didn't match what you have on file for this credit card. This is what you need to explain to the credit union, the information about you putting in either old or incorrect billing information that didn't match the billing info connected with the card so they understand that it failed verification and since they know what address info is connected to that credit card if you let them know what billing info you put in the first time and why, they can know and understand why it failed verification and that it won't "settle"

In the original promotion, we mentioned that we’re going to be promoting a total of 10 vendors throughout the month of November. The days, however, are not consecutive. Look for this month’s vendor showcase sales to occur every Tuesday and Wednesday of the month. Day 5 and Day 6 will take place on November 15th and 16th respectively.
