In the future, it'd be smarter to make your prop or figure in Blender, import it into Poser as an OBJ with Centered, Drop to Floor and maybe 100% figure size turned on. Then export that result back out as an OBJ so it's at Poser scale (which is tiny). Then take that into Blender do your morphs or whatever and you shouldn't have to worry about things moving around unless you moved the object from world center in Blender while morphing.

First, you have to make sure your character doesn't change position in XYZ space. It sounds like that's what's going wrong. Import your figure into Poser and uncheck everything in the import dialog. You're going for a 1 to 1 export and import here. Your model will likely load in huge but if you're going the OBJ route with pre-made morphs, this is your best bet. Then, export your shapes one at a time from Blender and import them into Poser as morph targets. Your model should not move anymore in 3D space outside of whatever the morph is calling for.
Alternatively, you could try exporting a collada or FBX file from Blender if Blender supports that and try importing either of those in Poser. There's a chance the morphs will carry over.

Thanks gang and I can ask. Maybe knowing the users want it to will push the idea forward.

Thanks.:-)
is it my imagination or i'm i seeing a very slight chromatic abberation effect ? ...possible with poser cameras ?
You are seeing one but no, that little bit was added when I added the rendered in poser symbol. I simply used Photoshop's lens correction filter before posting. If I render in superfly I always do this so it matches with toolbar or quick suite or substance painter. :-) I have, however, asked the team if they could consider giving us options like that.

This video may help you with the lighting aspect. It's for modo but lighting rules work regardless of application.

Just putting it out there that dramatic lighting and after render image enhancement is normal and not something to be viewed negatively. That said, my best advice is to look at actual photographs, pick one, and attempt to recreate it - lighting, set, clothing, the works. In doing so, it may become apparent to you where you're going wrong. One of the things I can tell you right now, without knowing your workflow is that if it looks good without textures, it will look even better with them. So setup your scenes without the textures visible. If you can do that and make a compelling image, you're well on your way.

A thought: If it's not for animation, you could always just morph the clothing to fit better in the posed state using the morph brush or GoZ if you have access to ZBrush.
