Okay, many thanls,
if I've really understood I have to obtain a Dem, tiff, geotiff file. Do you know how can I convert in .dem, or geotiff my geographic map? Maybe is possible to "extract" from a geographical map (paper map from a territory, a city, a park... o from google earth sat images) ? For exemple, I've a paper map of Yellow's stone Park, any file but just the paper map: how can I convert this map in a dem, or geotif file?

Hallo Shawn,
yes, I'have any yet cause I don't know if needs...
Now I've just some common geographic map about the territories I want to "extrude" in Vue... but I don't know how trasfrorm this map in a file good for Vue o maybe how make this map like a image reference for Vue and so on.
I think could be really hard to find a file (of course I can try) and I hope tha could be possible to transfrom image from geographic map (or from google Earth, for exemple) in a reference image good for Vue, ti make this kind of job.
