The desire to create animations is my big motivation for getting into 3D computer graphics in the first place and I'm more than ready to have an animation gallery!
Thread: Newbee question on animation | Forum: Animation
I'm a newbie, too, but your question rang a bell. On my old computer, the animations just popped up on the Poser screen. But a few weeks ago, I got a new computer (Windows XE) and I have to hunt the animations down. They're in My Documents, but I get a different list of files there when I take different routes (i.e., accessing from Poser, accessing from the Start Menu, accessing from the video player), so sometimes it takes a long time to find the animation. Look around in your computer--it should be there somewhere! Hope this helps.

I'm in awe that you did this just with BRyce! EXCELLENT job! It's downloaded on my desktop and I play it every day to inspire me (got it several days ago and hadn't gotten back to Renderosity to tell you) . I"m not a Batman, space war type--my brand of fantasy is wood nymph and sad troll living under the bridge, but the quality of your work is awe-inspiring. As a total newbie to 3D in general and animation in particular, I get lots of frustration and need the inspiration!

These are great! Really nice. I have a question. How did you get them into a .gif format?

Must admit I didn't wonder what was going on. I was just caught up in how breath-takingly beautiful your scene is.

Way cool. I love the whole thing and I am SO impressed that you made the hair with metaballs and terrains!
Thread: Problem with image imported from Poser | Forum: Bryce
OOPS! Remembered belatedly that a few days ago I rendered something without anti-aliasing. I THOUGHT my Poser guy rendered awfully quick. I went back, put anti-aliasing back in in the document set-up window and bingo--smooth guy. Sorry about that!
Thread: Problem with image imported from Poser | Forum: Bryce
Thanks for your comments. I did click on the sphere in the Smooth window, ranging from one time to several times, since the manual said the more often you click it, the smoother the image gets. Also clicked each time on the checkmark when the status indicator said it was done. This was an .obj file. So I'm still stumped! I was hoping there was something else to try besides the mesh editor, as I think I'm using it correctly.

Thread: Question re: Rhino and Poser | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thanks! You guys just saved me $300! I'll skip Flamingo. Also thanks for the tips on tutorials. Gaz, I couldn't wrap my brain around ZBrush. I had the demo for about 8-9 days, spent an hour a day or so, and at the end of that time could locate the palettes but still had no idea how to put it all together. So I had to let that one go, although I was intrigued at first. Hats off to you and your ten yr old!

Wowie! Really neat! I'm just learning how to animate (got Poser a few days ago) so I'm extra-impressed! Beautiful job.
