I'd suggest UVLayout for mapping instead of UVMapper.Thread: HELP - lost my document window in material room | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL

Thread: What's the deal with PoserPros? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Actually, Daz don't run it. It's run pretty much solely by Guarie these days, and as he's got some personal issues, sometimes things aren't done in an instant.
As for the human having to complete your registration, that's a spam precaution. Poser Pros got hit with a lot of spam buyers, which in turn affected the whole site, so now you have to wait a little bit to be registered.
Poser Pros hasn't lost it's 'spark', just the controversy that used to surround it all the time ;P
Thread: Creating selling cloths for which models? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
To answer 2 ... I use magnets solely to convert clothing from one figure to another. These converted item still have to be re-grouped and re-rigged though, which requires Poser know-how.
Thread: A heads up :UTC for V4 faces Soon ! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
If the previous UTC is anything to go by I'll be buying it for sure. No offense meant to you DPHoadley (and I do applaud that much hard work), but your conversion has some quite obvious flaws.
Thread: Kitsune: Fox Anthro Male & Female w/ clothing from Sixus1 | Forum: MarketPlace Showcase
I'm not much of an impulse buyer anymore, but I just HAD to have these :) Really well done guys! :D
Thread: Simple, cheap modeler with minimal Poser scale problems? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I use Silo with regular Poser scale if I'm doing things like morphs. Did it yesterday actually :) You simply set the Near Clip Distance to 0.001m and you work with Poser scale no problem.
For modelling though I do tend to scale up (again, really simple just type in 100 to upscale, then 0.1 to downscale).
Thread: Poser 7 and Windows Blinds? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Out of them all Aston has the least amount of problems with Poser (up to 6, haven't tried with 7). Window Blinds hates Poser, but it's easy enough to tell WB not to skin Poser. WB also does odd things to UVMapper and UVLayout. I think it might be because they both use OpenGL.
Sam, I'm like you now. Everything gets switched off. Looks ugly but performance is more important to me.
Thread: Purchase recommendations? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Heh heh I'm not overly keen on the setup room either. That's why I'm sticking with Poser 6 for now. Poser 7 languishes away in the cupboard with all my other impulse purchases LOL I do long for that undo though :)
