The Elite characters for M4/V4 have nice eyes. PDEyes here at Rendo are nice too. Unfortunately a few of them (including some really nice ones) have baked in specular, but most of them do not. Some of Rebelmommy's eyes are nice too; again, sadly it's hit or miss as to whether they have baked-in specular or not. Many of Godin's characters have nice eyes. There's a character at RDNA called Narre whose eyes I just love, and again no burnt-in specular.

Nope, that leaves a terrible seam where the hair intersects the hide. Tried removing the sides with the group editor too; the results were only a little better. :(

Hmm, not sure why that didn't occur to me. Especially since I had been thinking AprilYSH's Ivandro Hair looked more or less perfect on top...Thanks for the suggestion, I'll see how that looks...

ETA: The rest of the shaders are untouched except using EZMat for all the things one should use EZMat for. Also, the jingles use a metal shader by BB from one of Dreamland Models sets I think; I forget which. And I used BB's eye shader for the eyes but set the scatter mode to marble rather than skin. The lighting setup is an HDRI image and two spot lights.

But again that's glossy porcelain. I have Bagginsbill's glossy shader; I'm sure I could tweak it into glossy porcelain. What I'm looking for is the type of porcelain one would find in a porcelain doll.

I'd say sixteen to twenty. The face looks mid teens, as do the skinny arms and the teen hairstyle, but the wider shoulders age him a little. As a guy in my mid twenties, I'd honestly more expect to run into him in a high school than college campus. ;)
(Also, if your story is set in the present [i.e., say 2010+] it was my observation that most guys ditch that hairstyle after high school for something shorter. Just my personal observation.)

That's a trifle excessive. ME3 goes on sale for $5 frequently at Origin, and ME 1 and 2 are bundled for about $30 off sale at Steam; wait for the summer sale and they're practically guaranteed to go on sale. No need to spend more than about $20 for all three. ;) That's not counting DLC, of course, which is still exorbitant. :(
(That said, there aren't very many mods for the franchise. It's not a very mod friendly game.)
