Oops they beat me to it. General Hauksdottir... sound strategies, sir. Too bad the germs beat us to them. I'm no engineer but I do agree that it would be difficult to get around on 3 legs hoping the spiked heels doesn't sink into the ground first like a pylon. Then agaiiiin this is science fiction.... engineering aside, I would say in a scenario true to early 1900 imagination. The Nautilus looks tempting tho....

Compiler.... thanks for this tip. But do I have a feeling this is NOT applicable in Poser4? Or do I follow the same procedure?

Ooooh, that looks good pakled. I appreciate the effort. But I need one with at least six legs. In fact it's a U-shaped one I'm looking for. I'll have to improvise with multiple copies of a nice dining table and positioned to shape. Thanks, guys.

Spook, that's a novel idea. That I'll do. I can't seem to separate the fixtures from the ceiling itself via grouping tool. Thanks everyone.
Thread: question for daz platnum members | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Just curious..... Did anyone among you recent PClub members receive a $30.00 voucher upon joining? Back then, we received this voucher as a sort of compensation for the freebie bonus pack that had former freebies and stuff received in the past.

It depends on what your looking for and if you purchase regularly. But PClub is one among the great Poser subscription deals around. If I were that loaded, I'd join them all.... but.... :).... I'm satisfied with DAZ.
Thank God they allowed to use the vouchers on Brokered items.... tho I wouldn't be surprised if prices of new items coming in were jacked up higher than what it should have cost if vouchers were not used.
With regards to the bundle- If I renew next year, it would be nice if it wouldn't contain the same items or include past freebies as when I first joined up. Its a bonanza for new members but generally a let down for renewals. Probably a solution for this is to clamour for DAZ to come up with a really 100% exclusive subsciption package of items not found in the store.... Probably not as much as what's in the current bundle but ALL NEW EXCLUSIVE ITEMS, nonetheless.
Then again, who am I to argue that the PClub doesn't save a bundle of cash. Or is it? LOL I bet alot of member's wallets suffer whenever new items are released. They're on sale now.... Oiiii the pain.... And I just managed to clear my wishlist last month. Fairys.... in they go..... ++++
I reserve judgement for Studio until the full final version is released.

Thread: Poser Camera Setting | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
This is good stuff. Keep em coming. Extra tips on Photography is well appreciated. As for Poser, I'll play around with the focal values to get what I want. I surmise that 55 is a good starting value.

Thanks for all the tips everyone. I didn't know you can render from other cams. So much to learn, hoboy. Unzipped, that is a gold mine of tutes. I've always been curious of those magnets. Thanks.

Unzipped.... So a setting of 100 is a good bet. But what about the settings for the other cameras? Why are there settings for these cams considering the rendered image is based on the main camera?

I like the POV on that image, Karen. Thanks for your tip.
I use 120 on full body shots. Looks ok to me but I think I'll try other settings. If only I knew what to look for (focal wise, I mean).
I'll take a page from Jhonny5..... I NEED MORE INPUT.....
