Did you use a skull cap to parent the hair to? If you didn't you will have to save the whole character to the Character library. If you did then you can save the Skull cap (and parented hair) to the Hair library. If you are still confused check out my tutorials at http://www.neilp.co.uk

Also when saving your image you will notice a drop down box which says "Image quality". Put this to 100%

I would suggest you have a look at a program called "Correct reference" http://market.renderosity.com/softgood.ez?ViewSoftgood=27516 This should correct all of your MAT references.

Here's an indepth tutorial using 3d studio max to model a full figure plus armour clothing. All these techniques are used to model any figure. http://www.3dtotal.com/ffa/tutorials/max/joanofarc/joanmenu.asp

You can split vertices with UV Mapper standard. In UV Mapper Select then sole of the sandle and split verts. Inport into Poser and it should be fine. Bear in mind Poser will convert all poly into quads. (Have a look at your object in the setup room and you will see... they're all quads!) I go through the same pain everytime I model something in 3ds max. I sit back and think... ahh that looks great... and then I import it into Poser and watch it destroy all my beautiful work. My advice... if you're working with Poser, make sure you take a high density model in and hope that Poser doesn't screw it up too much. Nice Sandals by the way. thanks NeilP

Load Victoria into your scene. Have a look in your Pose library for V3 MAT Poses. Double click on a mat Pose and then render it.
Thread: Hair help needed | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I take it we are talking about Poser 5 dynamic hair. If so you can use the curl tool and experiment with how far up the hair strand you set the bend. I have managed to do this but as I remember it was difficult. Good Luck NeilP

Make sure you have taken your figure into the setup room and applied at least one bone to it. You will not be able to save your figure as a character unless it has at least one bone.
Thread: HELP - my textures are constipated! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Open your hair (HR2) or Character (CR2) file in wordpad and seach for "Material". The lines there should tell you where the file is looking for the textures, If you move the textures to somewhere else you will have to edit the file accordingly to the new path. Hope this helps. Thanks NeilP
Thread: Need help on how to distribute morphs and new joint settings. | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Firstly You cannot re-distribute the CR2 file as it is the copyright of DAZ. You will need to create an Injection pose for The Girl and distribute your morph seperately. See the DAZ website for info on "Injection Pose Builder".

You cannot export a prop to a cr2. You can convert a prop into a cr2 by following this: I have to assume you are using Poser 5.
Load you prop into the scene.
Enter the Setup Room and say ok to the message about turning a prop into a figure.
Select the bone tool and draw bone though your prop. (Any figure needs at least one bone.)
Rotate you prop and align the bone as neccessary.
Click on the Group tool and click the auto group button. Your prop should turn red.
Return to the Pose room and save your new figure to the Character Library.
There you go. How to create a figure from a prop.
Thanks

Thread: Is it possible to create a MAT pose file for a prop? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Guys Thanks for all the help on this one. I've got a feeling the best way for me to go is make my prop a figure and then I will be able to apply standard MAT files to it. Thanks gain as you have save me days of trying things out and failing. NeilP
