I have this product and suggest you try this alternate approach: load the body suit, apply the hair mat (it will seem invisible). Load David as a new character, pose him, and add body morphs... Copy the pose and morphs. Conform the bodysuit to David, paste the morphs. I usually have to tweek biceps, pectorals, and calves. Render.
Thread: M3 Swim Trunks? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Start with the ProClub Swimmers for Michael and David at www.poserpros.com/store/ ( a Daz3d affiliate). They are cheap ($2.49 US), you can buy inexpensive textures for them by the talented Lobo75, they have morphs to fit your more muscular figures and they are vesatile because you get Speedo-like briefs, conventional trunks and surfer jams as part of the $2.49 package.

Thread: Does C5 beta overwrite C4 prefs on a Mac? | Forum: Carrara
No, it doesn't, the os treaats it as a separate application... I am enjoying the beta quite a bit though I can hardly wait for the mac plugins to be updated so that I can work on a pseudo-electron microscopy image of budding cells using light scattering

Thread: Black skin texture for Posette? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
The changing diffuse_color is not a very good solution because it changes everything. Black skin and Caucasian skin have identical lip, nail bed, sole and palm colors for example... it is very easy to end up with the "Black Barbie"effect where they changed only the color of the plastic. There is a discussion thread of the need for realistic ethnic textures elsewhere in this forum
Thread: Looking for a Jock | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
if you 'google" Tagame & poser & downloads, you might find some male jock strap like stuff for mike 2 which could be adapted to M3 and beyond...

Thread: African American Textures? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
May I applaud how civilized this discussion has been? As a black poser user, I appreciate that people want a variety of skin tones and ethnic features for their models. I like Will for example from Daz3d as well as Shandy and their International Beauties as well as many of the Handspring Studio textures. As for the semantics, personally, I am not so fond of the descriptives such as tan (varies for me depending on whether I've been in the sun or not), golden or chocolate (i'm not a watchband or a candy bar, thank you); I personally like African American and Black as long as people remember that we are talking about a complex ethnic and cultural complex. I work with someone who is Irish who describes himself as "green''; frankly, he looks pink to me...

Don't forget http://www.daz3d.com/shop.php?op=itemdetails&item=41 Michael Shoes & Pads from Daz3dThread: Cannot Access My Preferences! GRRRRRRRRRRR!!! Help Me, Mac People! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Since you have your serial number, you could always simply delete (or do what I do) move the preference (plist) out of its appropriate folder which is in the Preferences folder of the Library of your own Account.. i.e. Users/bradpitt/Library/Preferences/Poser6.plist and move the Poser Prefs out of the Poser6/ Runtime/Prefs folder. It probably should prompt you again for your serial number, and "bang goes the dynamite".
Thread: Looking for some hair for M3/David | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
In case you don't know, most Stephanie petite hairstyles fit David so you have access to the haircuts like Sassy2, the Evolution hair etc... Don't forget Jason Hair and Here Comes Trouble from Daz if you like that stubbly look and, off course, my favorite, Agent Hair on sale here at Renderosity. Oh, Neftis's Casual Hair and those cool AprilYSH at PoserPros...
Thread: A fair question to you all---Just for fun!! :) | Forum: MarketPlace Showcase
First of all, very very few people do hair as nicely as you... may we have an updated casual hair for M3, David, and the Pal? On the subject of the Pal, some ethnic morphs would be great so that he could also exist in the anime worl of Hiro.
Thread: Completely clueless! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I forgot to add that morphs are usually transferable to objects that have the same geometry but M3 and V3 enough that almost none are. Finally, why have such a system? If you have a figure, a samurai, who has no need for the nordic morph, you can keep complication down by not adding that inj.
Thread: Completely clueless! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
A quick summary: there is a specific subset of morphs (INJ and REM's) that live in the folder called !DAZ in the Poser libraries. If you have multiple runtimes, this folder must exist in the main runtime of the version of Poser that you use. The name may not be changed or its location moved. The V3 and M3 morphs live there. To use them, load the morphs you want i.e... "alien head", and you should see the alien head morph in the list of head attributes such as "mouth size" etc.., enter a value such as 1.0 or 0.2 or twiddle the dials as you prefer and the morph effect should happen. Daz3D has a detailed explanation on their help page. Note: each creator has an enormous amount of control over where they decide morphs are supposed to be stored so read the readme and they should tell you where the morphs live such as the file list that Daz includes in their readme.
