I think the mountains have been covered :) The water looks very good, and the snake is top notch. You may want to change the horse...a drowned horse would not float on its back with its leg straight up in the air like that and I think its seriously distracting from the rest of the scene.

Mat poses don't work on props if they aren't parented to a figure. PoserPros has a stripped down null figure you can use as a parent for stray props in their free stuff forum. I'm not sure if the ground plane can be parented to something though...I've never tried it before but I think its just a special prop isn't it? If you can't, you may need to use the square to "replace" the ground with something you can target with your poses.

Very nice. Your camera takes some pretty great pics. I particularly like the ones with vegetation growing out of them. Try using the camera's exposure adjustments to "bracket" your pictures (slightly underexposed, slightly overexposed, and default exposure). That way you have options and may find you like the varied exposures better than the default one when you get them into your PC. Doing this with the camera instead of as a post-process generally gives better results, and those exposures can often be layered to great effect as well. The great thing about digital cams is your only limit is memory card size for doing things like that. :) If you don't have one, you may want to get a tripod for keeping the camera perfectly still and getting nice, squarely lined up shots. That's not a dig at what you've done by any means because they look great, just a general suggestion.

These are great looking maps Gorodin. Nice job on all of these sets.

All of my Mike/Vicki/Stephanie bodysuits are available from RuntimeDNA's free section.
*** Mac users: this suit will soon be re-encoded with RTE encoder to require previous installation of Michael2, but a Mac version of RTE encoder is not yet available :(. Grab this one ASAP if you don't want to wait for Mac compatibility.

It really turned out great...thank you! As for the spikes, yeah they probably wouldn't have been a practical thing in real life, but as far as "impractical armor" and poser goes this helmet is hardly at the top of the list ;)

Its posers generic error. Your rsr are probably messed up from the update. Use windows search to find *.rsr within the Geometries folder and delete them all (poser will make new ones next time you use each item). Be sure you ONLY search and delete from the Geometries folder.

Thread: How do I un-.bum a bumpmap? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Martin's example perfectly demonstrates what I meant by "not possible". Being able to convert the file into another format isn't the same thing as making it usable as a bump map by Poser. ;) BTW: If you have Paint Shop Pro you don't have to change the extension to bmp to open it. PSP seems to recognize the file data as being the same as .bmp even though .bum isn't in its list of supported formats.

I have the Mike2 hirez textures and it came with separate poses for P4 and PP. If the one's you're using didn't, editing the pz2 to change the bump extensions is a simple task with wordpad.

It actually looks like what happens if you use a mat file that loads a jpg instead of a bum file for the bump map in Poser 4 (sooty render). If you don't have pro pack, be sure the bump map is a .bum file in the materials editor.

Thread: A question to you Americans:-) | Forum: Vue
errr...no, Greenwich time is "0" and its in England. All times zones are based on + or - from "Greenwich Mean Time". Official time in the US is kept by an atomic clock in Colorado. Guitta, the US actually sprawls across seven time zones. I don't know what two of them are called, but Hawaii is two hours behind California and Alaska is 1 hour behind. Pacific is the west coast and Nevada, Mountain is Montana through Arizona/New Mexico (basically the Rocky Mountains), Central is Minnesota/Wisconsin through Texas/Alabama, Eastern is everything from Michigan/Indiana to the Atlantic. Some states are split across two time zones, but that's roughly the breakout. Subtract one hour every time you cross a time zone heading west. I think Indianapolis is the only part of Indiana that doesn't do daylight savings time sitting blue...I guess they just wanted to be difficult :) Renderosity time is Central time, so add one hour for New York, subtract 2 for Los Angeles. I know the UK is 8 hours ahead of me in California, so Greenwich time would be 6 hours ahead of Renderosity time (or 5 ahead of NY as shred already said).
