Thanks for the info, this is what I found at Amazon $34.99 This item will be published on February 1, 2003. You may order it now and we will ship it to you when it arrives. Editorial Reviews From the Back Cover An expensive and difficult hobby, 3D design has long been the sole domain of power designers: professional animators, video game designers, and serious hobbyists. But that's all about to change. At a mere $199, Vue d'Esprit makes using 3D affordable, while The Vue d'Esprit Book makes it do-able. If you're learning 3D for the first time, or if you're an experienced user looking for ways to advance your skills, The Vue d'Esprit Bookwill take you step-by-step through the process of creating stunning images and animations. The first and only book to cover this award-winning software (Best of Show, Macworld Expo 2002), The Vue d'Esprit Book explains how to create realistic atmospheres, design textures for objects, build complex scenes, import and render objects, and more. This is a serious question as I have no idea as to the answer. How hard would it be to set up a preference setting that would not show nude thumbnails? Also a specific block from specific posters thing? If their is someone reading this thread with the necessary skills why not offer to set it up. Personally I don't care much one way or the other. A well done pic is well done and nudity is irrelevent. Also keep in mind that a lot of folks such as myself are quite new to computer gfx. Look at my turtle pic and you'll see I'm very much a neophyte but I'm happy with how its coming along but it has a long way to go. Yes I know what a lot of you are saying but I'm sure at least some of the pics being referred to are from people trying to learn the software. It would be a shame to discourage them. Back in mid '60's the art teacher made me keep working on ears and noses when everyone else went on to faces. Its only now I'm willing to have another go at releasing the visions inside. I'm 100% against any stifling of creativity, our schools do such a good job of that already. I'm going to end now before I go on and on haha.

I'm impressed. She appears to have an intuitive artistic touch. I couldn't do stuff like that at 8, hell at 50 I'm trying to learn it now. Give her big pat on back and lots of encouragement from me. PS Tell dad to get her a box of her own so she can explore her talent.

Hi Good thing to do is buy a can of compressed air at your local computer or camera supply outlet and occasionally open your case and give it a good blowing out.

Just a tought for you since Win XP is out now. When I used win 98 I found it to be very crash prone and buggy. I've never tried Millie but have not really heard encouraging things about it. I went from 98SE to Win 2K Pro and was quite happy with improvement. I made the mistake of giving XP Pro a try, to say the least I was not happy with it as, like Win 98, it has more bugs than a Tijuana house of ill repute. Since XP is latest, "greatest" you could maybe find 2K Pro for decent price. Everything I try to do just was so much easier with 2K Pro.
