another thing that worked for me on a pc was to cancel the "look for" box,then when it locks up use alt+ctrl+del but when the box to close program pops up hit cancel.sometimes this will pop it back in line for ya.

I think what your problem is is that in your transmap you didn't make the black BLACK.The transparent part has to be completely no hue sat or value to work,It proably is just a couple of percent too light.Try selecting the black part and cutting it out to a BLACK background color.

It seems to me the main problem with the neck is that it's too long.Maybe traveler could make some neck morphs?Because he is the coolest morper of them all?(sucking up is ok for the good of the many!);)

Hey I'm back!A guy's gotta go to work ya know!The hair is almost the same method Paul Hafeli uses;Just cut out some hair and make a trans map for it and use it on a square in front of the head,I actually used 2 squares one set back in the middle of the head.If you want the shadows right placement is CRUCIAL!!This is off the ever popular cosmo cd but better ones are coming(SHH it's supposed to be a suprise...)

Yup the hair is off the old cosmo cd,it's in tga format with an alpha mask,I just made a version of the pic in black and white for the trans map then pasted it on a square.You could do it in post but then you wouldn't get the shadows.As for the makeup sorry I just go crazy for that "cherry pie" red lipstick,I think I'm still stuck in the 80's.

The easiest way to do lens flares is in post production,photoshop 4 came with some really good ones under filters.
