You can't save in the Poser setup room.
If you leave the setup room early it gives you a NO_BONES freak out message.
I saved the file before I went in, but, I lost the bones and the groupings.
I lost the energy to make the mermaid tail figure conforming. just added 6 neat little bones and then parented the figure.

I gave the dynamic brows a try a few months ago. The problem I ran into was parenting. You can parent to the head as a whole, but what happens when you wiggle eyebrows with the morphs?

I was wondering what all those PBMCC were for, H3 has them all over the place.
After I save my H3 or A3 character to a full body morph,
can I delete those PBMCCs without breaking the character? Will it speed them up?

Quote - I'd suggest a posable figure (with bends off on the joints). Even though a morphing prop is possible, the posable figure is more versatile - for example, you could hide/show the elevator or door body parts as needed.
It might even be useful to designate the four walls and the ceiling as separate body parts - removable (hidable) walls are a great benefit for interior scenes.
That actually mirrors interior sets used in the television/film industry - retractable/removable wals for easy camera access.
Hi svdl, i was checking out your cool freebies. Does the spawn character script work on TY2?
(I had to make a morph to flatten her glutes for a mermaid tail I made for her.)

I think of them as 2 different characters. Sweet innocent A3 and tarted up A4.

Quote - I've found Firefly to be a pretty capable renderer once you get your head around those settings. This is straight out of Poser, my standard render settings for quality and speed. Rendered in P7SR3 in about 5 mins.
Very simple materials - no bump or displacement. Just regular diffuse and specular for this test (which was mostly about lighting). The lights were fairly straitforward as well, 1 point & 1 spot (I used falloff on these), & 1 IBL with probelight image (light based AO).

I peeked over at e-onsoftware, looks like they are on 7.5 and both options expensive. maybe I can find a V6 over on amazon.com.

Thread: Firefly Renders always blank on manual settings. | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I had the blank render problem, when I had my preference setting to "separate process".
It would render in preview, but not in Firefly.
But, this would happen only with props. Once I added a Figure to the scene, then the prop would render.
It was very weird.
I ended up unticking the 'separate process' check box and firefly would render away.
