shrug i dunno... i dont work in premier but inported .avi with an alpha channel (um, unmatted ??? in after effects i cant remember, i get a dialoge that asks if i want to import the subsequent .avi matted, unmmater or ignore and i get a clean alpha)) but thats after effects... seems strange both adobe products support .avi differently... but i suspect, with no experience with your version of premier and your computer that, it would seem to me a premier issue to me.

thought after thinking about it.. one could render out in any format they choose... personally i would have rendered in .png if i wanted to retain any poser transperancies... the background becomes the automatic alpha-channel. well in photoshop anyways. ive never used premiere pro. i use after effects 5.5 pro and ive never had any problems using .png's or transperancies in the image. i dont know what format himico initially rendered in and i dont wana say that any are better or worse than .png... i dont wana make any statements to that effect but i will say, ive goten nothing but good results from .png (which is also losless) and have never found a reason to render to .tiff or .psd. i use .psd to work in photoshop, i wouldnt ever consider using it as an imported file-type. though i understand the poserGUI is all .psd. i dont think 'outside' the box like some people. im a pretty good guesser.

rendred in psd from poser for compositing into a video file? thats right? so it seems a premiere issue to me, not poser.

i see a premiere problem here.. not a -poser one... my guess would be possibly your rendering out the incorect fields... mm... for avi... ? maybe ? also it looks like your compositing in premiere? two chicks, same bg... could be premiere cant handle the alpha from your poser render... maybe?

if your using p5 then the cr2 cant be finding that obj you listed with that directory path UNLESS you placed the blnudeman_gen.obj there yourself. that p4nudeman directory doesnt even exist in p5 hence my question about whether or not youve done a windows file search instead to see if you even have the file... the poser overload/crash is most likely related to a computer/hardware problem... but without specs, thats just a guess...

if your not being prompted for lost files, then, since poser seems to know where they are, i would turn to the computer itself... what windows are you running? and what service pack? 1bg of ram is great... what kind is it? are you running a p3 or p4 - which processor amd or intel? im getting the impression it may just be a memory or processing issue/bug virus in the 'add-on' ((unless it worked before under the same system conditions))

your not getting a 'file not found' dialoge box? no prompt to locate any mising files at all? outside of the 'utility' your using... have you done a windows file search instead? if it uses the p4 nude male... and your using p5, are you sure the directory structure is the same so that the 'raiders' add-on looks for the p4nude male using 'p5 directory structure and naming conventions' ?? ((if its different at all, i dont/and never used p4)) just a few details off the top of my head, trying to help... maybe narrow down the problem....

so if its an addon for the p4 male does that mean the program is looking for it in the new p5 or p4 dir structure? ive nevr used raider so this is just a wild-off-the-top-of-my-head-guess

oh i wasnt suggesting this anime project tackle 060606... as i understand it, it starts in odd7... thought it all craps out again in odd10... im just curious if any movies might capitaliz on this concept...

not as such.... it was just a suggestion. try calling them up and weasel your way through some conversations until you find out whether they have one or not or if they know of a unit in the boston area. at least thats what i would have done. good luck. i would be interested to see how you fair.
