I also discovered that if you do one figure first, then import the second figure as an imported pz3 in the scene, you get some pretty interesting movements - like two people dancing !

I'd be able to make holographic people who interact with me in 3D space. Poser 100.

I downloaded it, and I'll try using it this week-end, but I'm a raw newbie to cloth room operations, so may not be able tell you anything worthwhile.

Firefly renders LisaB Cherry Trees fine for me, and my PC system sure is old and clunky....

Easy to DIY: paint the stockings onto copy of Possette's texture file. Her mesh is a lot easier to deal with than DAZ Unimesh ones.

Thread: Out of memory in Poser 6 no longer funny (RANT) | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
For me, I have done as CL suggested, and it helped the software load completely, that's about it. My problems are related to getting it to operate without suddenly going comatose on me. It's behaving like a terrorist - I never know when I'm going to get hit. Yes, yes... I'm taking precautions such as saving extermely often into new files, and wasting a lot of time exiting and re-launching etc, etc. Nice piece of work, this new commercialware. I apologise to all of you for my bad temper. I'm not normally like this.

Even with frequent saving, once you hit that sudden and very unexpected "Out Of Memory Error", the whole PZ3 file reverts to zero bytes - gone, all gone. Maybe need to save to different filenames at every save. Dunno. Situation sucks big time, for a commercialware.

Thread: Poser 6 render problems | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I have solved my horrendous render-crash problems. I decreased the hardware acceleration on my windows Display | Settings | Advance | Troubleshoot option tab. I had my setting to Full hardware acceleration, so I moved it down 2 notches. This I learnt from the Curious Lab P6 Knowledge base. To increase my chances of not crashing, I went into Windows System | Advanced | Performance | Settings. Here I did 2 things - A) Visual Effects tab: select Adjust For Best Performance (this may change the visual look on your screen) B) Advanced tab: Virtual memory - opt to Change; select System Managed Size on all available hard drives (this changes what Windows does with the size of its swapfile). This I learnt from fellow members here at Renderosity. Re-booted computer. Launched Poser 6. Ah !...... no more grief and tearing my hair out.

Thanks from me too, yggdrasil - maybe I'll go tweak my pc a little bit on the swap file. Thanks Khai, for bringing this up as well. I'm still behaving like a baby and using Poser 4 for now.

..... guess what, folks, ... I think for now, I'm retreating to my comfort zone of Poser 4. Too many crashes with Poser 6. Sad. Too Bad. I'm telling myself that I bought Shade 7 LE and Poser 6 came bundled with it. Tsk, tsk.
