Funny thing this. It is written in the same style as a blind writer would carry on. All those descriptive words in order to paint a picture in his/her own mind. The name thing would be worse if it were Brenda and Brendan. Can you believe I have actually tried to read an entire novel with that problem? Too confusing.

I hear a lot of noise in the preceding posts about creating a "pro" section.. just exactly what would define an artist as "pro"? If the galleries were sectioned off as described, how would a beginner gain? There would be less "pros" surfing their gallery so less opportunity for constructive and informative criticism. As for those 'best artists' leaving Rosity because of upload restrictions, not real likely. Will they post elsewhere as well, almost certainly, most already do.

My personal opinion, if it ain't broke, why fix it? Some artists post only once or twice per week, some once or twice per month, some really good artists post all together on the weekends when they have time to finish renders they have been piddling with all week long.. to make them wait to post their renders and or space them out one per day... thats not good.

I too was slightly discomfitted by the line "Gather me on a special occasion, remember: you can be given only once." Please explain what you were trying to say here? The lament flows pretty well until that portion, where the reader becomes disoriented.

I am thinkin that someone could offer a punctuation program that knows where the darn punctuation goes cuz i dont know where to punctuate and just havent time to figure it out see what i mean?

I would actually prefer to have whatever critique done on my work in open forum for others to see.. perhaps they are working with the same sort of problems and not brave enough to post yet.. and can see by whatever mistakes others have made how to correct them.

What most people don't see in at least my posts on other peoples artwork is that I will say this needs fixed and then I will repost a better comment.. And I truly appreciate it when others tell me what needs to be fixed.. either in my written or my graphic work. It is important to learning that we receive criticism.

Wow, there are some really great entries in this challenge so far. Shanna, as for my bit following all the rules, That is only one set of rules for Sonnet. There are a few other styles that work just as well. Everyone has put so much of themselves in this challenge that I really hate to see it end!
