For all the wonderful help you've given me with this problem. Unfortunately, nothing I have done has worked :( It would appear the only way I can offer different lip colors is to offer several different head textures, and we all know what THAT would do to the file size..... so looks like this little lady is going to be stuck with one set of lips..Hopefully someday I will hit the right combination, and it will work :) Again, I thank you...Oh, and I fixed the eyes, too :)

Didn't use a Puffy anything morph on the lips... :( I used a combination of moprhs on her face.....but can't figure out why in the heck any morph I used would effect something a simple as lips????????

Explain?? I thought they should be opposite..so I mirrored the second eye....and the problem I am having is that the lip textures are from the original map I made...in layers...PSD files..that is why I can't seem to figure out what the problem is :(

Yes..I still have the original file...and no...there was no feathering going on in the selection. Layer was at 100% when I merged...this whole mess has me feeling like just putting my fist thru the monitor :( I can make eye maps with no problem..but every time I try to make a lip map, I have this problem :(

Ok..this is exactly what I am doing: I brought up the original PSD file. I selected the lips layer. Then I just made a copy of the original file. I colorized the lips. Then I merged all layers flat on the copy I made. Then I selected the lips and the surrounding skin. Inverted the selection. Hit the delete button..so now I have the lips and surrounding skin. Everything else is white. Deselect. Save as a lip map. So why the heck you can see the original lips is beyond me :(

Hon...I've tried that :( It's like no matter WHAT I do, the original lips show thru...it's driving me to distraction :( And the originals were lighter...the darker is the new lip map... I do soooooo want to include lip maps in this package, but unless I can figure out why they aren't working, it looks like I won't be able to :( Lordy, if something wacky and off the wall is gonna happen, it's gonna happen to me LOL

Thanks for all the great info everyone :) I think I understand a lot more now :) Now one more question? Can these FC2/PZ2 files be applied to a V1 character? Sorry for all the questions, but sometimes I don't grasp things very easily :)

My newest creation is made using a piece of skin I cloned from a models face. Then I took that piece, and used it to clone the entire texture, both face and body. I painted the eyebrows on myself, but I used one of two standard lip files I have for her lips. I darkened the nostril area just a bit. On the body, all I did was clone the skin onto all the body parts, added pubic hair and nipples...and this was my end result. I've since changed the morphing of her face, but I didn't add any highlights anywhere.

I had that problem, and I just increased the scale of the head to 105% and it seemed to work fine :)
