I'm now with Hivewire3D and the new female model (Dawn) is awesome-- some of the most realistic joint bends I've ever seen :)
Songbird Ken? My wishlist must have had a seizure!
Dana
lol... yes, that Ken...
...and since this is the Freebie forum, I'll have a few free Sparrows available on SongbirdReMix.com when my stuff reappears...
now moving the spot back to Dawn-- I'll say it again,... Paul has done some of the most realistic joint bends I've ever seen on a 3D human model :)

Thread: Annual Songbird ReMix Open Rendering Season Contest | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
There’s one week left to enter my Bird imagery contest in which you can possibly win some of my birds products and/or t-shirts, coffee mugs and other cool stuff.
For current Owners of Songbird Remix (especially those using DAZ Studio 4.5), I strongly suggest looking at the updates in my Downloads and “Other Downloads”. Many of the products have not only been updated for DS 4.5 but enhanced as well— better textures on some birds, new morphs on models and of course a wide selection of freebies.

For those who haven't enter this contest before I have a panel of judges with a wide variety of tastes (a 3D professional, two gallery owners, a rock recording artist, an ornithologist and a board member of Audubon). The results almost surprise me and the top 5-6 images always very, very close in votes.

Acadia wrote: I've seen the MHair in the second picture too. And I think the Blue Bird and Cardinal are still available from Ken Gilliand's site.
The Blue Jay and Cardinal were retired from my site after Songbird Remix was created.. They were sort of an embarassment compared to the remix bird. I still have a few "ancient" downloads on my Poser download page and of course lots of freebies on the ReMix download pages if you have remix
Thread: How about creating a real looking turkey for poser | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
For those that don't know, the turkey premiered at DAZ today and is 50% until tomorrow midnight DAZtime plus almost everything in my catalog including the Songbird ReMix Bundles
Thread: Animating Flock of Birds in VUE | Forum: Vue
You could look at my Songbird ReMix products-- they transfer well to vue via a poser import and and can be stationary, full flight and everything in-between... I don't have a python script for a swarm like Noggins wasps (yet) but there are several animated take-off, flight and landing sequences in pose pack. For examples for animation look at:: http://www.empken.com/gallery/gallerybodydv.html.

Since I gave the DAZForums a sneak peek, it's only fair you guys get one as well. I've finished the major (re)modeling and most of the morphs of the SBRM model. Now what I have left is adding a few morphs to the feet, male/female morphs and of course, the texturing... but I think it's looking pretty good.
