Not sure; but try that: in tab display options, deselect the two "Clip object blablabla...". If I've understood well your issue, should work.

- Put the way of your Standard camera: more than 3 Position keys.
- Open the "Animation Toolbox".
- Then click on the top right button: "make constant velocity motion".
Should work.

Masters 768x432, 25 fps (assembled from bmp frames, mixed, etc, with After Effects 6.5 pro); codec Indeo Video 5 used.
For web versions 480x270: master reduced with VirtualDub for the DivX 5 version (filter resize used with "precise bilinear" option choosen); and for mac compressed with QuickTime 6 Pro, mpeg 4 codec (near 200 ko...).

Choose "user". Load "Broadcast"(.urs). Near "Enable motion blur" click Edit. Change Number of Passes. Default is 1. Try 3 for a test. 5 to 10 should be cool.
And, the propellors should turn 90 during 3 frames.
The ultimate trick is to use alpha planes with a picture of fade propellors (motion blur in/on the image)... with slow rotation.

It is because the last position key is at 180. Vibrations works with position. So move the key later.
