Both joker2000 and myself have had an issue with KB4601319 impacting performance (maybe in my case KB4601050 too). If you're a Windows 10 user its worth checking if you've received the KB4601319 patch and if it coincided with the loss in performance.
Im running into this too. It has affected all versions of Poser that I have...except for Poser Pro 7 (ironically). I'm also on Windows 10 and removed every update that I could, but it didn't help. I do not see any of the 3 updates on my system that you mentioned above (KB4601319, KB4601050, KB4601319), unless its one of these that show no number:
Uninstalled with no affect:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributable (KB2565063)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable (KB2565063)
Feature Update to Windows 10 21H1 viea Enablement Package (KB5000736)
Update for (KB2504637) - MS .NET Framework 4 Multi-Trageting Pack
Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4584229)
Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5003254)
Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4601554)
Not Uninstall (Option is disabled/hidden):
Security Update for Adoble Acrobat X (10.1.1)
Security Update for Adobe Flash Player
Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4566785)
Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4570334)
Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4593175)
Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5003173) (allowed, but fails with error)
Servicing Stack 10.0.19041.985
Update for Microsfot Windows (KB4565627)
Update for Removal of Adobe Flash Player
Hope it gets fixed soon. On Windows 7 I am not having any slow down issues.

Hey I just saw your question. I'm curious what you ended up doing to make it work. There are several ways to go about this.
...if that makes any sense. until they make a better way for this we kinda have to rough it and do workarounds or whatever method is fastest for any given situations. Just depends. There are probably other better ways for this. Its just some things try if it were my scene.

I didn't see if this was mentioned (too much to catch up on in here) But I've noticed Windows these days defaults to Balanced under the power settings, which I thought was only for laptops, but after installed W10 i see its also Desktops. Make sure you're set on High Performance. For me this drastically speeds up any version of Poser. Not just Poser, but any 3D app or video games as well. Its kind of a silly setting since we don't need to worry about laptop battery power management on desktops. I know Windows updates like to try to revert changes you make to your configuration sometimes, so I woundn't be surprised if this also was reverted.
If that isn't it hopefully this at least helps you out in the future.

Heres a silly short anim I made for April Fools. Just a fake fighting game announcement. It was hard watching some people forget it was April 1st and believe it was real. Fessed up the next day. Was able to make it in about a day (animation, mocap, the mind blowin set model, music, voices, HUD, etc).
The scene was set to 60 frames per second for the video game look. (might not be visible unless you watch on youtube in hd.)

You have not even explained what you are trying to do. It sounds like you (perhaps) want to get some sort of unspecified Poser animation from an unspecified figure onto an unspecified Genesis 8 figure in an unspecified version of Daz Studio? Firstly, what is the exactly name and filetype extension of the animation in Poser, that you need to target for transfer to DAZ?
Honestly not even sure where to begin with this. The person uses Genesis 8 figures in DAZ. I have none of the above. I think poisinivy was able to answer the question though. Thanks anyway.

Thread: The best way to shatter an object (Glass) in poser? | Forum: Poser 11 / Poser Pro 11 OFFICIAL Technical
The best way I've found for shattering objects is to use Cell Fracture on the model of choice in Blender (there are tutorials so won't get into that part).
Once complreted, export all the pieces as a single object but set it to make objects as groups.
-Import it to Poser, first make sure the materials/textures are good, then open the Group Editor.
-Click Spawn Props.
-From there you can hide or delete the original from the scene.
If you really wanna go further you can add a choreographed object to animate (like a ball bursting through) to cause the pieces to react in certain ways. then hide it. I know I skipped a lot of details but this is basically what I've done.
[I'd show a gif but apparently they do not work on this forum.]

A long time ago, Ilona - not my daughter, the Ilona who sells here, that is - told me of a presentation she was showing somewhere using Mike in Poser, and, being the old Mike with the genital switch, she loaded the thing up without disabling genitals, so when he appeared onscreen, clothed, his willy was swinging in the breeze. :D
After working on animations in Poser for the past year or so (actually pre-Covid) while chilling at Starbucks, I have learned my lesson with factory resets (usually to fix corrupted prefs) and version updates. I wish they would make Poser SFW by default. RIP Andy. You will be missed

If you're an animator, definitely wait till they fix Poser up some more. Sadly things have been broken and left unfixed in the past few versions.
Poser Pro 2014 (10.0.5.28925) is still the best version for animation as far as my experience over the years goes.
Unfortunately I don't think you can buy this anymore.
I think they are aware of the issues. Its just a small team though so gotta be patient.

I do, on win 10, Poser Pro 2014 and everything is up to date and works as it should.
I don't own anything with Win 7 though but should be the same.
Thank you!

Thread: Windows 10 only? | Forum: Poser 12
I didn't switch to Windows 10 till summer 2020. It is completely understandable for someone to hold off updating. I say "Update" instead of "Upgrade" because that would imply it is better which is not always the case. I would still rather use 7 because of how intrusive and clunky 10 is. (still using 7 on laptop tho). Update also means saying goodbye to certain software, some of which is no longer being updated for new OS's, which is not the funnest thing to do. ...or the best if you've got ongoing projects that rely on those things. Look at how some animation studio still use Softimage. That was discontinued ages ago. Good software is good software. If it works, why trash it for something that doesn't work as well?
I think there are ways to preserve an old os, but im not hacky enough to know how and don't feel like spending the time and money on it.
I'm just saying don't give people a hard time if they don't want to update. There are valid reason.

@hborre Does this mean that in order to open Poser Pro 11 each time I must be connected to the internet?
Oh boy. is it each time? That would not be good. Previously it was a 7 day window. If it is every time that makes it unreliable. I haven't tested this yet but I hope its still 7 days. If im in the middle of a project and I can't get to a place with wifi how would i get work done? There needs to be a little grace period because life happens.

Thread: Parameter panel not corresponding to correct part. | Forum: New Poser Users Help
This is a bug that has managed to evade its due squashing for quite some time. Like you said, restarting Poser is a workaround. Though I've found a lot of times you can get the properties panel to refresh with the correct parameters if press the numbers 1, 2, 3 a few times. (the numbers above the letters/under the f keys...not the num pad on the right) 1 selects element (body parts/props) 2 selects figure 3 selects camera so try selecting the body part then hitting 2, 3, 1. If that doesn't work then def restarts. Its annoying but ive got around this for ages. (hope they fix it one day)
