Good luck downloading you purchase. I've been trying all night and get nothing but errors ("cannot read file") after an hour or so. I can't even reach the download page any more because of "server error"s. I'm quite frustrated now.

There are plenty of other figure artists out there. For example, Anton could create a girlfriend for Apollo and corner the market. Yeah, it would be a shame if Daz went away, but nature abhores a vacuum, someone would step in.
How about this scenario: all Daz and other 3d human figures are made illegal for possession by unlicensed persons because they enable the creation of child pornography and presence of any modify-able 3d human figures on your computer makes you a suspected child pornographer.

Another trick you can use is to create a background scene, output an image of it and apply that image to a single-sided square and move that. It's call poor-man's process.

I like es3d's animation sets but dealing with them is such a pain that I don't anymore. I thought I saw a set in the Marketplace the other day but I must have been mistaken since I can't find it now.

I agree that a lot of my figures move like they've got a load in their pants. Lately I've been trying to concentrate on facial expressions more than gross movement. I figure I'll get the hang of it sooner or later.. As far as story telling, I usually proceed until I get bored or disgusted, then move on to another idea. One day I may actually finish something.
