Thanks for that - will try it - I could get two of the figures to move together at the most - leaving the other in isolation - and also had to play about with scale and so on - will see what I can come up with now. Thanks for your help.

thanx guys - the brows have gone!!! (couldn't find a brows gone option dial but playing round with transparencies, etc did the trick). Now to hunt down some eyestuff ............ All she needed was a darn good pair of tweezers (ouch)

thanx everyone for the great advice - when I've made a decent fist of it I'll upload my file. I'm more than grateful for any tips etc. Poser is a completely different concept from psp I guess - but everyone has to start somewhere I reckon. Back to the drawing board. cheers
