The real source of the problem is the Y trans of the moving figure's body. The heels require you raise the figure a few up so the heels line up with the ground. You cannot lower the ground plane, unfortunately to my knowledge. If you use a morph to change the feet to "Barbie Style" (and the toes too (Or they could just be made invisible, they are not really important here) The actual body of the figure Could be at 0 y trans from the get go, and when you put the boots on, they are resting on the ground, not 3 inches under it because of the foot bend. If you select your prop, and then hit E over on the tool bar, when the window pops up, hit CTR-D and you'll get an export box. (Assuming you have the obj import/export plug-in by Habware...the link is in free-stuff/Utilities) It's a real mystery why you can't do it from the file menu. Some objects this will not work, as there is no E option on the tool bar. don't know if there's a way around that or not. I've had to invert normals in uvmapper in order to get bryce exported objects to take a texture map...in case that comes up for you also. Hope that helped, I'm kinda dumb so it's nice when I can answer a question. :) -Darth

I understand locking the bend dials, I tried that, but it still wanted to do wierd things. I think it needs to bend with the walk, so long as the body is in 0 position on the Y trans, then eveything should be okay. With the feet bent, you have to raise the y trans above ground level which immediately gets cancelled out in the next frame. -Darth
