That does not work very well, importing a light set from the pallet turns off all the other lights in the scene, which still leaves a lot of work turning all the other lights back on.
Thread: Comments in CR2 | Forum: Poser Technical
I have seen "#" used for header comments in *.obj files but don't know if this works in *.cr2. If Poser parses cr2 the same way as obj (and I cant think why it shouldnt) then I guess it should work, but I think it would be hard to know if it had an effect somewhere without extensive road testing of the character.

OK this is a another way to do it, it preserves scaling information in the character! 1) Make a copy of your new characters CR2 save it in the pose folder with a PZ2 extension. 2) Load your new character, and zero all the morphs by Edit > Restore > Figure. 3) Apply the new morphs that you want to combine. 4) Make a FBM. 5) Zero all the morphs you applied in step 3 (if you want them to be off by default). 6) Apply the PZ2 you saved in step 1 to your character. Save your character to the Figures pallet. Thats it, renaming the cr2 to pz2 preserves all the scaling information, where as just creating a pose file in Poser doesnt. I owe a big debt of thanks to Jaager for putting me on the right track with this one.

Thanks Jaager, your sugestion of zeroing all the morphs and then making a FBM works - up to a point - the only practical way I know of to zero them all without hours of work is Edit > Restore Figure, this also to destroys all the scaling info in the figure, so I guess I will have to re-enter all that manually. If only I could extract the FBM in Morph Manager, but it doesnt seem to recognise morphs in the body element.
Thread: Combiining Morphs | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Yes Jaager thats great, but HOW??? How can I make the 2 shoulders, chest and abdomen morph with one dial? If I just make a full body morph in Poser that will morph everything. I am not interested in a JMC unless thats the only way to do it, I just want to apply all 4 morphs at once.

Thread: *** POSER NAMING CONVENTIONS *** tutorial | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
WOW thanks Dr Geep, this is one of the most valuable postes I have ever read. Now I can rename all my figures, and be able to find them in the dropdown Current Figure menu, without having to remember which number relates to which character, this could also be useful when using a lot of magnets. If you feel like writing a tut on the relationship between CR2 and OJB files and how to consolidate CR2 character into an object, please feel free ;)
Thread: Aborigine australian's girls | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
It's not just history, when I left Australia 3 years ago, the government was still trying to steal land from the Aboriginal's. P.S. Beautiful girls in the photo.
Thread: Does this work for quick dirty skin? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I agree the non tint is better, but baby make the skin just a little darker with the Poser "Surface Materials" > "Object Color".
Thread: Face ended now working in the BODY (Vicki Character) | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Very nice. The buttocks look great to me. I think the eyeballs should be a bit further apart, and as a matter of personal taste I would prefer wider legs(X dimention only), and much smaller breasts. It's a great face, congratulations.
Thread: No "Bend" dial on Ranran thigh. | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Pleas, disregard my last post. The "Bend" dial does exist, it was just a matter of scrolling the dial window to find it, doh!
