We would need some way to verify her age if the question ever came up (which apparently it hasn't for this particular model yet). Is there some other ID that has her picture and date of birth on it? Or you could fax the ID card with the name/address blacked out. It's likely that we won't be needing it in this case, though. --Asher

The release form is only submitted upon our request (which could include backdated pictures). Composite or Poser images generally would not warrant a form request, this clause is intended for photographic nudes. --Asher

The goal of the TOS update is not to suddenly make the site "family-friendly" or G-rated, but to clarify what is and what is not acceptable imagery, based on the goal of growing Renderosity into a more and more "professional" site for artists. Obviously nudity is not the problem, but our mods needed more specific guidelines so they would not have to rely on interpretations of "their own discretion" when looking into the more extreme images. Of course, one person's "extreme" is another's "tame", so you begin to see the complexity in crafting a balance that will satisfy the majority of our members and give the mods the tools they need to do their job. --Asher

Hello DE, Good catch. There should be a Broadcast to All option...I'll send this on to our programmers to take a look at. You can still send messages to individual guestbook signees by clicking on "View Guestbook", and then clicking on their single email entries. thanks, --Asher
