Just uloaded for testing this morning at 3:30 :-)
There are over 50 objects in the .pp2 file on this city block so reorder in the .pp2 could get pretty sticky.

Hi English Bob,
Try making a change to a prospective .pp2 file. Then close Poser and re-open the file. The hierarchy goes back to the order in which you imported to .obj files, unless, and I really hope this is true, I am wrong.

Phil,
I will give that a try.
You are brilliant!
So any changes after I strip the geometry, Poser will have to read the .pp2 every time I open the scene after a restart of Poser?
I ask because if I see a need for changes on another building, all I have to do is overwrite the referenced .obj?
I will go that route from now on, if that is the case. Similar to when I rework the .obj on one of my cars that are .cr2 files.
Thanks for the help Phil, you still are the man!:-)

It is a 7 foot door which puts old cars as a very tight squeeze, if at all. That panel Van is 7'3 tall.
You have a good eye.
I will use a shorter vehicle in the future sir. :-)

Quote - You can point your installer to put them wherever you like or just put them in an untitled folder then change the name of the folder and put it where you want. but if you do this name change method then your uninstallers from the DLM will never work. that doesn't matter to me. I can run them manually.
I keep all my content in lots of external runtimes so it gets to much to make all those shortcuts in the DAZ DLM.
Love esther
Hi Esther,
So please explain step by step how to install to a folder on my desktop with the installer from Daz called Download Manager, please?
I also have several runtimes on different hard drives that I point Poser to, just in case Poser goes funky on me.

Thanks guys. I tried your way wand and the installer put everything in my Daz folders so I just pointed Poser to the content folder in Daz and seems like everything is there.
Time will tell.
Thanks to you both for the help. :-)

Well I just imported into Poser with this set and here is one of the 14 homes in the set.
Shown with my Chevy Pickup.
Hope to have this set in the store by the end of the week, as long as my brain holds out. Been a month and a half on this puppy. :-)

I used to make .jpg files with a black and white but the pixelation is pretty bad in a jpg. maybe I should just paint the background of a tree and make it black. Then still use .png so there is no quality loss.
Maybe a different extention as .png files are pretty heavy.
Any suggestions?
