The code that Dizzi provided is the actual PZ2 you would use to accompany your "Display Only" PNG. Simply copy and paste that code into NotePad then save it with the same name you plan on using for the "Display Only" PNG, however give it the extension PZ2 when you save it. Your "Display Only" PNG will carry the extension PNG.
And yes, the PNG and PZ2 files work as a team..... the PNG file needs the accompanying PZ2 file in order for it show up in the library.

Thread: Question about creating a "Display Only" PNG file | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
It's basically meant for providing the user with additional instructions (IE, first load prop A, then load prop B) "without" being an "active" button. (IE, a button that will NOT affect or alter the scene, actor or prop in any way if it is pressed).

Dizzi.... you've come to my aid yet again! Thank you! The right leg (as well as the entire figure) does not get affected "if" the Display Only PNG file is applied with the "single check mark". Now, I know I may be pushing it, but is there any way of preventing that "single check mark" (apply library preset) from appearing altogether if someone should happen to highlight the "Display Only" PNG file?
P.S., one of the best gifts I've received thus far has been your PoseMagic2Pose product...... excellent product! Just figured I'd mention that in appreciation for your help.
Thanks again

Destro75..... first off..... THANK YOU for taking the time out to explain and suggest all of this to me. I DON'T see it as longwinded at all.... but rather as a wealth of information that I can benefit from. The memory issue did come to mind at one part, particularly when I saw it happened to both my desk top and my laptop..... and I kinda figured it was "directly" tied in to the P6 Material Room, which is the ONLY time it occurs.
I never occurred to me that I might need to defrag my computers, so I will definitely be doing that as well. After I try these things, I'll definitely do as you requested and keep this thread alive with my findings.
Thank you again Destro75 for sharing all this valuable info with me. I REALLY appreciate it.

I have an Nvidia GeForce 6800 on my desktop and an ATI Mobility Radeon 9700 on my laptop. Both have the latest drivers installed.
As far as the PNG goes, I used 91 x 91.
Thanks for the suggestions Antonia Tiger.

"The mat collection has a few probs still. Saving a collection to replace a single texture(same name) proves this. You end up with 2identical pngs. Deleting one produces the shrugging guy...."
Yep, I've had that happen as well..... though sometimes I get the "shrugging guy" even one only ONE png is saved (the original created by the Material Collections option).
Thanks again....

I unchecked the "Use binary Morph Targets" option quite a while ago, so I don't think that's the problem. The OBJ itself is stored in the P6 Runtime. I have switched the OBJ a couple of times as I was still testing out my prop.
I'll remember the "lightball" thingie for the next time the mouse cursor disappears.
If it still continues, I guess I'll have no choice but to reinstall P6 as you suggested, but somehow, I don't think that's the problem as it does it on BOTH my desktop and laptop, and ONLY seems to happen when I'm messing with the Material Collections.
Thanks for the assistance richardson, I really appreciate it.

Also, an added problem that seems to be recurring is that at times I CANNOT see my mouse pointer while it lays on the Poser screen. If it lands on the Menu bar I can see the buttons highlited as the mouse apparently passes over them, but the mouse pointer itself is not visualized.
I know what some may be thinking, viruses and such, but I have a firewall up 24/7, Use Nortons Antivirus and Webroot Spysweeper.... have run scans since then and they all came back clean. This sort of thing only seems to occur in P6 when I start messing with the Material Collections option.

Guys..... thank you all so much for all your help/assistance. It definitely sheds some light for me on something which was totally new to me. I think I have it going now. Though I'm still left wondering if I need to be concerned about the "Mac Incompatibility" messages that come up while I run the Merchant Utility since I am packaging this as "FOR PC ONLY".
Also, in answer to your question kuroyume0161, I'm still quite new to Merchant Utilities myself, but I don't see an option there for correcting the path references.
Thanks again....

Thread: Creating Rendered PNG files for Prop Library? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Okay, here is another question regarding creating PNGs. If I wanted to create a PNG that only displays a message (like instructions) and does NOT link to anything, how would I go about doing that? For instance, I'd like to post a PNG that displays ONLY a message which gives instructions so to speak like "DO THIS FIRST" or "BEFORE YOU SELECT TEXTURE....." It should contain a "dummy" value as far as linking to a texture is concerned as I do NOT want it to link to anything.... just display a text message of sorts in a particular library (IE Materials Library or Props Library).
I've already created the PNG file and placed my desired message on it using Photoshop, however, and I figured this wouldn't work but figured what the heck, and tried it anyway..... I placed that PNG in the desired Library folder but it does not show up.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
