Hi,
It also happened to me once. To avoid that problem you should enter your name and address exactly as it appears in your credit card monthly statement. I had to update my profile in different sites to update my name and address to avoid that problem. Now, everything works fine.

The link works fine now; but I didn't find the information that I need. I would like to know:
1. If you retain a percentage of the sales for taxes (from gross sales or from net sales and how much?) Is the percentage different if you don't live in the continental states?
2. Fees and/or commission the store charges to vendors and it frequency.
3. If the Customer Service is provided by the store and if there are any requirements for support from the vendor. (For example, if I have a full time job and only have time at night or during weekends to access the store and a customer needs helps, who is going to help him if I am off line?)
