If you're desperate enough to spend a bit of money, there's the Mad Tea Party set over at DAZ that's not too expensive and the tea pot looks nice, too: http://www.daz3d.com/i/3d-models/-/the-mad-tea?item=4232&_m=d

Thread: Self-illuminated prop | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Maybe what you are missing is the gather node? In a well lit scene an illuminated prop doesn't really give out as much light, as I'd hope, I had to learn.
With a gather nde you can have an object catch the light and it looks as if something is glowing:
Maybe thse links will help:

Thanks for the link - it's an idea. ^^ Else, there is always PS. Maybe the next Poser version can do this...

Sorry for pulling up ancient threads, but...
By the way - you can make any object visible, but not visible in reflections - uncheck "Visible in RayTracing".
Does this work the other way around, too?
I want to have one figure be visible in a scene, standing in front of a mirror, being reflected, while another is invisible in the scene, but reflected in the mirror, and thought it might work in one scene - can it?

Thread: Looking for this set of clothing | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Somehow the clothes look more like Bedtime to me than Spring Time clothes. But maybe the two Aery Soul sets were mixed?

I would be happy with a black box with a button, a tape deck thingy and a red light - and I know I can fiddle with the Poser props - but a real prop would look nicer, I'm sure. More recognizable.
Though now I could sear for a tape recorder or something, see, if that works. ;)

Thread: Poser 8 runtime managment - help? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
YAY, thank you! Finally found it, and will now keep it round safely.
Also found out in the meantime that you can delete those double and triple Poser 8 and Download runtimes in P8 itself, too. The evening is saved! ^^

Thread: Poser 8 runtime managment - help? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Hey, can any of you tell me where to find the LibraryPrefs.xml? I only find an old one in my Poser 5 runtime, which I can't imagine is the right one?
And do you maybe also know where your Favourites get stored? Because I changed a runtime's name and now Poser compalins that it can't fins a linked figure... Deleting those favourites doesn't work. They just show up again with the next start...
