All I said was that Poser needed a decent figure as a base, and everyone descended on me with their ? opinions. People need to be able to share ideas and give input in this thread without having to feel defensive about those ideas.

And I'll repeat again. Not a DS user. Never have been. I will also point out gain that I'm perfectly happy with Poser.

People don't seem to have a problem criticising the program, but dare to criticise any of the figures ...... well that's the unforgivable sin.

I repeat again. People went to Daz to get the figures. People want Daz figures in Poser, because they are better than any Poser alternative. You lot really are sad.

I think it's an excellent composition. Full marks to the artist. That isn't the point. I repeat. Show me a FULL HEAD SHOT of La Femme that looks half way decent.

When I saw what Pauline was going to look like, I pleaded in the RuntimeDNA forum for them to delay her introduction. Not only did they rush her out, they promoted the Poser program with her ! Look everyone, if you buy this program, you get to own a Trabant. Joy. And then we have the association problem. If you think Pauline is garbage, just think what the program must be like ! What were they thinking ?

And then we have La Femme. The poor girl fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down. I said this from the beginning and I have and will receive huge push back from stating this. They have taken a Trabant and put a modern engine in it. The reality is that this is not how humans work. Beautiful people are deemed to be of better character and higher intelligence, just by how they look. Looks is everything.

I've said this before. The director of Back to the Future turned down significant sponsorship from Ford to feature a Dolorean as the time machine. It was questionable the Delorean could even reach 88 mph (they changed the speedo). Who cares ? What does it look like !

So what do I want from Poser ? Nothing. OK, yes it is about time we have a Tesla in the works as Erogenesis points out. However, at the moment I'd just like to trade in the Trebant.

Bwahahahahahahahaha and I guess you think Genesis out of the box is "pretty?" And thunder thighs Genesis 3? Pretty? Bwahahahahahahahahahaha!

You know, Poser users don't go to DAZ forums and demean, degrade and post just plain nasty sh*t like this. You know why? It's called CLASS. The Poser crowd obviously has better manners than DS users.

Well I know it's stepping on toes, but I am stating the truth. Grow a pair. As far as this drivel about Daz users versus poser users, I call BS on that. This is not some juvenile game of our side is better than your side. For your information I've never used Daz Studio or Genesis. I do however know good art when I see it.

Neither do I want to see Genesis in Poser. There are plenty in this thread who have pointed out the disadvantages of that. Face facts. People want Daz characters because they are BETTER than Poser figures.

What are the "bending issues" that poser11 has with Lafemme??

That figure was purpose built based on poser 11's current state of technology and I have not seen a single complaint about her having "Bending issues" in poser 11

For what logical business reason would renderosity create a new rigging system in poser to accommodate Your "project" that would very likely render Lafemme unusable, when Lefemme is clearly the new default poser female and clearly on the path to supplanting the decrepid Daz Vicky4 in the poser content market.

Ah and you were one of the ones suggesting I didnt have any talent. Ero was treated disgracefully here when Evolution was released. The developers of La Femme were happy for other native figures to be developed for Poser. Ambient Shade has Orion and Venus, and you must be aware that we have Dawn 2.0 in development to take advantage of new technology. I'd say it's all to play for.

She is lovely. Unfortunately, because you have used Ulrika and I think BH HD morphs you can't. It has to be all your own work. That's why we had to get Cage's permission for me to release the Zoe morph to Redfern in the thread above. Although it has got my work in it, it also has someone elses.

There is a celeb morph in the rendo market place. See if you can find her. I have been working on a base figure (Ulrika) for La Femme. As a proof of concept, I have just finished a morph of a real person using Ulrika as a base. She is out there in the poserverse at the moment. I will post a picture next week.

What characters would people want ? If there is already a decent V4 version, there doesn't seem much point creating a La Femme version.

If someone could make the character Stahma Tarr from the Show Defiance, I would LOVE it! I have been looking but not found her as of yet. The actress name is Jamie Murray. I would need to find a texture to go with the morph tho...very pale!

Just to say I did have a quick go at this, so at some point I do hope to release the character.

And Karina claimed I was being negative. DAZ was a content seller now they make Studio. DAZ learned to make good figures, so I'm willing to wait and see what the future brings. Daz was a content maker- and still is. Studio is only there to attract buyers of their content, and protect them against the owners of the platform going bust.

Its more, we took this on because we didnt have any choice. They practically gave it to us so we thought what the heck. Renderosity doesn't look the slightest bit exited about this, and that doesn't bode well. Do they even have a team to support Poser.

Renderosity are content sellers, not program writers so the whole business model needs to be reappraised. They don't have any figures to match Daz characters, and they have no intention of stopping support of Genesis despite the fact that that supports a competitors product to the detriment of their own. Do they therefore make Poser free and essentially abandon it.

Just a simple statement of intention would be a good idea at the moment.

They have every right to charge what they want. The figure was a loss leader so they could make more on the clothes and accessories. If you are trying to build a new customer base, it's probably not a good idea to dampen demand by raising the price at this stage.

There's a good LaFemme morph of Emilia Clarke by Tempesta3d. Mind you, the eyebrows seem way too bushy though.

Good find ! Tempesta's strength is in her textures, and for a second I thought those eyebrows were Emilia's actual brows. Emilia does have bushy brows and thicker even , but not as straggly as the ones Tempesta has used .However Daenerys does not. The actress has the width and height reduced for her part. In some episodes it is even a different color. So that's Drakayna La Femme at Renderosity.

Here is one I did for V4. Not so bushy.
