Here is an example of how it comes out in Iray, City Blocks 4 and 7 as well as Low Poly 3 were used in this scene.
Good example of why we could do with some proper Iray mats for the sets. The buildings on the right appear to be glowing making them look very out of place in the night scene.

La Femme was created for Poser 11 or higher. I think some folks have gotten her to work in Poser 2014, but I don't know of anyone who has gotten her to work properly in DAZ|Studio.
That said, I remember trying to work with the original HiveWire Dawn in DS years ago before I obtained Poser 9, and I was able to do most things, but after I saved her, and then reopened her, she had totally blown up, and also looked like a weird monster. P11/PP11 have options that don't appear in most earlier versions of Poser, so I can't imagine they would be available in DS either.
There's a Dawn that works in DS and has been around since the original (Dawn was originally made in DS then converted to Poser)so I don't know why you were using the Poser one. I've seen a few people who have got La Femme into DS. There is very little that Poser has that DS doesn't have these days, DS is much more advanced than it was in the past its made great strides with many of its features and continues to be developed regularly. The reason for La Femme not really working out of the box in DS is as far as I'm aware is the different method of weight mapping, DS supports 2 (I belive) types of weight mapping neither of which Poser supports.

I'd be very interested. but I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to do the puddles grass or snow for DS other vendors manage to produce products with these elements.

Do the clothes made for Dusk or Dawn with DS versions automatically adust to some of the more extreme morphs like a Genesis figure would?
Unfortunately no, if the clothes support the morphs yes but with characters such as 3du's Willow you will probably have problems without some extra work.

You can do a spot render either in the viewport or in a new screen, so you could just select the whole screen and render that way.

I hadn't meant to attack anyone, you are the one presuming things and attacking my right to post here.
I'm not attacking your right to post here, I am asking why you are always jumping on anyone who says anything about Daz3d/DS that could be remotely taken as negative. You do this all the time, not just here, but on other forums as well. I don't get it. Why all this aggression?
Would you like to direct me to all these posts where I jumped on someone, as I 'do it all the time' you shouldn't have difficulty with finding all those posts.

Kinda off-topic, but it kinda fits in here:
What is it about certain DS only users that keep trawling Poser-only forums, searching for anything that could be misconstrued as 'Daz bashing', so they can feel offended?
I'm genuinely curious..
If you are addressing that post to me then your facts are incorrect, I am not a DS only user I also use Poser, but please don't that let you stop you trying to stop me from posting in a thread or forum you would rather stay pure and clean with Poser only users.
Fair enough, but why do I never see you jump down DS users throat when they bash Poser? And that happens a lot.. You just seem very selective in who you attack
I hadn't meant to attack anyone, you are the one presuming things and attacking my right to post here.
No I don't think Daz should buy Poser the only reason I could think of for them to do that would be to stop production on it completely.

Sorry for the confusion. A forum event might be hosted by a specific Moderator, but all members are welcome to participate, as I stated. We post in Community so that other forums can see the event is occurring and participate. There is no post that excludes DS users. Boni stated that the challenge was open to everyone. I'm not sure how I can make it any clearer. Just because a challenge is hosted in Poser forum, doesn't mean anyone is excluded. All members are welcome in any forum or gallery hosted challenge or contest.
Thank you.
Thank you for clearing up my confusion, I understand but do feel that if you really want everyone to participate maybe you need a moderator who can post the announcement in all forums or only announce it in the Community centre.

Boni is the Moderator for Poser, that's her forum and the appropriate place for her to post a challenge she is hosting. It would not be appropriate for her to post a challenge in someone else's forum, unless previously discussed in a staff meeting. We often have different events occurring in different areas across the site, but no Moderator will ever exclude any member from participating in any event.
Thank you.
Sorry but I'm a bit confused now, these challenges are being announced in the community forum but are only really for the Poser forum where a recent post makes it quite clear DS are far from welcome. Why confuse the issue and announce them here at all if they aren't really for everyone?

The previous Challenge wasn't announced in the DS forum either but was announced in the Poser forum, hence why its beginning to appear as if DS users aren't really included.

Question ... should this be moved to DAZ? It sure shifted to being about DAZ rather than Poser. No matter where the future of Poser goes, it doesn't have to end up being a discussion about DAZ (I respect DAZ3d, I just prefer Poser). No one has outright caused a software war here, but it does look like it's getting towards the baiting stage. Please be careful.
Daz 3D is the company, Daz Studio is the software, Poser is the software, Smith Micro the company, as is your statement is a bit confusing. If you move the thread I presume you mean to the Daz Studio forum here at Renderosity; would it really fit as it is more about Poser than DS, I realise that you would really like DS and its users to disappear from the rendo site but you might find that as a large part of this market place now caters to them revenue might drop dramatically if that happened.
