Regarding the first picture, Vampirella should have black hair. I've never seen her as a blonde.
Thread: Boobs in the thumb get you hits...but not necessarily any comments. | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I got 953 hits on an image just showing a woman's face at the other "R" site. It was a series of six pictures and each one just showed that woman's face. All of them got hundreds of hits. In fact it seems I get more hits at the other "R" site just showing a face than a lot of other people who have more explicit thumbnails. I don't really post that much here, the other "R" site is a lot friendlier and people aren't as judgemental. R 'otica

Also you may need to run your file through Dial Cleaner. This will get rid of the excess channels.

Also make a version with, ahem, no pubic hair. Pubic hair can always be applied afterwards with a trans map.

And you can leave it plugged into diffuse color, that isn't the problem, like geep and nruddock said, it is the diplacement. With a two sided square prop, the sides are so close together, that you are seeing both sides in your prop. The diplacement moves the sides apart slightly so you can no longer see the other side, which you are seeing now.

Quick Poser 5 tutorial: 1. Load Program 2. Go nuts. Afraid I can't help you beyond that because I don't know what you are planning to accomplish. But that's how I started.

When I found out they were tossing in Shader LE, I figured it was worth the $100 or so for the upgrade.

Notice that in the second image map node I am using the U_scale and V_scale to size the tattoo and I am using the U_offset and V_Offset to position the tattoo (you'll need to play around with this to get it the right size and in the right location) Also notice that the Image_mapped control is changed from tile to none. Finally be sure to set the color math node to multiply instead of the default add.

I couldn't even get Poser 5 to run very well on Windows 98. Luckily the college bookstore had an education priced version of XP Pro for $99. (oddly enough the homne version was $104 so I went with the pro version)
