I had that happen too. Turns out I had an older version of Queue Manager installed on the
other computer than the computer with Poser has. Try uninstalling Queue Manager on
your other computer(s) and installing the latest version on it(them).

I installed Michael 3 from Daz and I don't know if I installed any clothing or not! Sorry! I'll go looking now :)
Poser doesn't come with any clothes for the DAZ figures. You will have to buy clothes
for Michael from DAZ.
Thread: Anyone know what version of Victoria works with Poser Pro? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I have Poser 5, Poser 6, and Poser Pro, and I haven't found any figure that does work in
Poser 5 and Poser 6, but doesn't work in Poser Pro. Victoria 2, Victoria 3, and Victoria 4.0,
4.1, and 4.2 all work just fine in Poser Pro.

To me the eyelashes look a little too feminine. Perhaps make their hairs thinner and shorter.
Thread: Moving Poser to another disk | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Not sure about another entirely separate drive, but my main drive is divided into partitions,
and I keep all my graphics files on the D: partition, Vue, Poser, Paint Shop Pro, Daz Studio,
Wings 3d, Shade, etc.. Also I don't lump them all into a Programs File folder, each is
in the root folder, ie D:/Smith Micro for Poser. I have hardly anything in the C: partition,
just Windows, so that I can periodically reformat the C: partition and then just
reinstall Windows without having to restore everything else to that partition.
(Windows get so much junk in it that after a while it gets too cranky and slow,
a reformat and reinstall makes it run better for a while.)
Been doing this for years and haven't had any problems with Poser.
Thread: Runtime Migration | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Quote - Any advice on how to divde up my runtime folder?
What I do is create runtimes for various things.
Such as I have one runtime for characters.
Another for clothes. Another for hair.
Another for props. Another for body poses.
And one for mat poses. This seems to work
for me. Others have runtimes according to
characters. Such as one runtime for Victoria 3,
with all the clothes, hair, poses, props for her.
Another for Victoria 4 with all her stuff. Another
for Apollo Max, and so on.
But basically just create runtimes that are somewhat
organized according to content or theme
so you can find something when you are looking
for it, instead of wading through one huge single
runtime.
Thread: OT: you all ready for the black hole? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Quote - As an update, the collider has broken down. Shame.
It was just a bad transformer. They've replaced it, but it will take a while to chill
the whole thing back down again before they can restart it. After that it should
be good to go, unless something else breaks down.

Thread: Poser 7 Reflection Promblem | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
What exactly is the purpose of the two sided square, other than to cause all kinds of
rendering problems with new users? Does anyone that knows better use it for
anything?
Thread: Should I buy Poser Pro? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Quote - I have to decide before the end of the month to get the special price. I went to the website and tried to see what Pro does that Poser 7 doesn't. But I'm still not sure. I know it talks about 64 bit. Does that mean you can't use it on a 32 bit machine? And what other features does it have? I know that renders are suppose ot be faster.
It will work on both 32 and 64 bit machines. Plus is will do network renders with
something called a queue manager. You have to install queue the manager program
on your other machines. And you can export figures to other programs like Maya
and Cinema 4D. If you already have Poser 7 and don't plan on using this,
there is no reason to buy it..
Quote - I believe the special actually ended on July 31st.
It's been extended to August 31st.
Thread: Clearing out unwanted content... | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Quote - I've just gotten into the practice of only installing content that I'm going to immediately use rather than install everything I get (I'd need a terabyte drive if I were to do that).
Sort of off topic, but Terabyte drives aren't all that expensive anymore.
Best Buy has one on sale for $179.99.
Thread: watching poser render | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Quote - Hello, just wanted to see how many others out there find themselves watching poser render. I am not talking on the default setting, I am talking the absolute final setting, with lots of materials, etc..... I am a big light experimenter, so all of a sudden when one of my renders starts off at the top looking all good, new and newly exciting, I become mezmerized and will then catch myself after long periods just watching the bucket go.............really slow. Every time a new piece comes it is like a new piece of candy. Anyway, I think it wrecks your brain a little..... anyone else?
With Poser Pro you might sort of be disappointed. If you set it to render in with multiple
threads, it starts out looking like a normal render, a block at a time. But part way
through the render, all of a sudden it just shoots out the complete render. No more blocks
to watch, it's just there, finished.
