It is supposed to be fairly primitive. I had in mind critters like trolls and ogres as the builders/users of this stuff, and figured their tools wouldn't be that artsy. ;) BTW, have you ever seen the Lego version of the Knights of th Round Table song? Dun dundun dun! We're knights of the round table! We dance when e're we're able We do routines and chorus scenes With footwork im-pec-able! We dine well here in Camelot We eat ham and jam and Spam a lot!

Cross bracing? Like, boards between the legs? Be more specific I'm sleepy lol Hm, I gotta go re-watch Monty Python and teh Holy Grail. I haven't yet used refference pics for Wings models, I haven't had any lol
Thread: Remap a Character to Take Another Character's Textures ?? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Well, the easiest method (and the only one I know of) with UV Mapper is to remap the character to match the layout of the texture you want to use. Obviously you won't be able to do that with all characters, as some have more parts than others. For instance, it would be very difficult to remap my simple dragon model to use the MilDragon's textures, because the MilDragon has more parts, and a more complicated map than mine does.

Thanks! Normally I'd put my stuff in freestuff, but I'm trying to save up for Poser 5 (I only have 3 right now) so I've been doing everything I can think of to earn money ;) There aren't any jobs for me around here :/ Anywho, any other peices that I should add? I would have made a tablecloth but I haven't the faintest idea of how to do that. I thought of making a pitcher, and maybe some food too. I made this set as a kind of fantasy thing, like a table you'd find in a troll's house or something. ;) I was kind of thinking of Shrek's house. Maybe I should make some rat kabobs and eyeball soup? lol

Would these work? I whipped em up in a couple minutes ;) I don't know if this is what you want, but they're yours if you want them.Thread: Cow search, Yeah I know, "How Moooooooooving" | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Hm...Well a static cow would be easy to find, but I don't know about a jointed one. Guess it depends on which you're after. Heck, I could model a static cow if I tried, but it would just sit there. Hm, kinda like a real cow! ;) Seriously, there is, uh...coughtuboqudcough* ;)

Thread: Joint paremeter problems... | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I'm betting that a lot of the problem lies in the hierarchy file. The parenting is correct as far as I can tell, but it's still posible that some small detail is wrong. As for the rotations, they're at least mostly correct for the dragon, and I didn't really do anything about them for the furmaid. As far as I could tell, the rotation oder only determines which way something will go for each command. If it doesn't go the right way for X Rotate, it probably will for Y Rotate. As for spherical falloff, Poser 3 doesn't display that option in the dialog. Well, it does when you click on a joint, but only for a moment before it switches to the standard dialog. I don't have the programming skills to edit a cr2.

BTW, none of my figures so far have IK at all. IK just gets in my way right now, I haven't reached that skill level yet ;)
Thread: saving just a leg | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
It depends on what version of Poser you have. Only 4 and up can save single parts easily. 3 Requires you to "hide" all the parts that you don't want saved.
