Keep the poser4 stuff coming, I've made the upgrade to 5 but most of the poser 4 stuff will still be wanted conformong clothes will still be needed in P5 (dynamic cloth is cool but time consuming and not nessasary in a lot of cases) as will props, and poses, mesh based hair for exporting to bryce (unless bryce 6 comes out able to import strand based hair but I'm not holding my breath.)and textures (Now that we know that don and judy take mike and vickis,)will be welcome. don't believe for a moment that P5 content will completely supplant the stuff that is in the marketplace now.

you can have as many runtime folders as you want just click up to the top folder just as milamber said and create a link to the new folder then you can seemlessly switch between folders, you can even set up your folders on cd's load your project cd into your player and click on the runtime folder and its there.

I saw that too, not quite sure what that would be useful for but obviously you do :) I've come to the conclusion that there will always be people who have problems with new software (two days and not a glitch for me)I suspect mac users will have smoother results, more consistant systems (Though I'd never give up my PC) with all the new dynamic features im guessing i'll have to try some animating myself.

Im guessing that Poser must have some hardware incompatability becouse thugh many reported problems I and others had smooth sailing no crashes yet and Ive been playing around for two days. BTW wgreenlee1 go back to the lightwave forum.

it seems the further you live the more efficient Airborn is. mine shipped friday supposedly ground and arrived tuesday morning I guess speedy gonzalez had my package. incedently dropped at front door. they did knock, but where gone before I got there.

as to the body texture matching the face you'll probably have to export the face map and use the colors from that to make the bdy tex the old way.

No the hair will not translate to brice as it is not geometry based, and the material room stuff won't either you can import the posed dynamic clothing though of course it isn't dynamic in brice though. frankly if you do all your renderiing in brice you will have to weigh weather the new figures, face room, and new library system are worth your upgrade.
