Well, it's the "PD for non-commercial use." part that makes me wonder. Most readme files that restrict commercials use use almost those very words... "free for non-commercial use" or something similar. In effect, they are making the file "PD for non-commercial use." So I think that could be used. Maybe not to sell the file itself, but I think if some people changed it somewhat and sold it, it might hold up in court. Obviously I'm no attorney or judge, but this is something to think about.

LOL... I got those. Haven't tried them out yet. That glowing nostril thing has been plaguing me forever... and now that I know that there is about to be a fix for it, nostrils are glowing at me like toxic waste! LMAO I'm just noticing them more and more. It's haunting. :)

I believe Eve use P4 female head morphs. You can find those all over the place :) You can get a few for free at Morph World 3.0 and you can purchase their CD for $45 that has 690 female face morphs, 60 eve morphs and lots and lots and lots of other cool stuff.Thread: Flowers for y'all | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I would LOVE some tulips, Leucocoryne Purpurea, Nigella Damascena (love-in-a-mist), calla lillies, tiger lillies, and daffodils. Tulips and daffodils are my #1 and #2 choices! Especially since daffodils are so popular and abundant this time of the year for easter. If you're up for a challenge, go to Google.com and search for Nigella Damascena. Those look like they'd be very difficult to model and they're my favorite flower of all time!

I'm drawing a blank there, too. I guess some people just get offended easily. Or maybe some people think OTHER people might get offended too easily by it. I saw the animation in question and although I had no problem with it, I guess I can see where some people would. Especially those parental units who let their kids on the internet unsupervised. Might I point those people to Net Nanny or something? :)

Oh, my! If you need a beta tester for this when you get it together, let me know! I am extremely frustrated with the animation process taking so long which is why I prefer stills at this time. This type of thing would be marvelous. Especially if it could be customized for other animations that aren't included. :)

Thread: Feedback to DAZ on Stephanie | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I haven't used Poser in several months, but after hearing that Michael 2.0 had been released, I decided I might give it a try again. I thought about whether the expense of upgrading my Michael was worth it, and when I found out I'd get a freebie, too, it clinched the deal for me. I would have even been happy with a free set of poses for Michael, but a whole new model? I STILL find it hard to believe you gave away such a fantastic gift! Daz, THANK YOU! She's just beautiful, and thank you SO SO MUCH that she can wear Victoria's clothing! I am truly grateful for Stephanie and I have to applaud each and every one of the brilliant minds who worked on her. Dan, please tell her developers what a marvelous job they did! I'm not going to put anyone down for being disappointed with Stephanie. I suppose it is understandable for those who were hoping for something extra for Michael. But I, for one couldn't be happier if you'd given me a whole wardrobe for Michael. I am truly grateful. "Tank you veddy much."

I'm not sure if they operate outside the U.S. or not... but you could try getting an account with Netbank. They are strictly an internet bank, so they might work outside the U.S. and if so, they will give you a Visa debit card that will allow you to spend the money in your checking account the same way you do with a normal Visa credit card. If Netbank doesn't, another internet bank might.Thread: New Mazak Free Stuff | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
That must be what it is. The script is at newlogger.com. No need to apologize, it's not your fault if your counter is broken. That's happened to me with counters before. :)
