well its good to know I can use vue 7 idf i need to . Can not add more ram as its the max I can use on my laptop, does have 32gb of ready boost though I dont know if that helps much

Mindful I am not at my pc at the moment I'm using my phone the seventh post down shows screen shot of the same area clicking on there was able to change the problem rocks to either all green or all magenta but not to normal

yes i have contacted the vender so far he asked me which version i bought and which version of vue I have not had a reply back from that yet (i have checked from my download list here I have the correct version for vue 10 xstream ) so am awaiting further reply
