Excellent site, enjoyed reading that. I'm interested to see that my experiences of people misinterpreting what for me is a cultural/relegious symbol is talked about there. But I guess this is a little off key now.

C1rcle is right. Its called the Sathiyu (sp?) and is still used widely in the Hindu community even now I believe it is a Sun symbol and pre-dates Christianity in its use. Although I'm often asked why I'm wearing a Swastika for that is what the symbol represents to most people. I did see the image but didn't have time to post a reply then, sorry. I wasn't offended. Just thought I'd mention it.

Well where ever it is, I wonder if a virtual link-up could be organised? At the end of the day whether you live in a town in the UK, Ireland, any given State in the US or where ever, we all know each other virtually. If you see what I mean. That way if you can't go to the actual convention you could still go to the virtual one!!! What d'ya think?

I've always fancied going to Ireland Darkginger, its only a short hop from here in Luton Town (international airport,hotels etc ;-) ). As I'm of Indian descent I'd love to know how we're going to trace my ancestry LOL.
