I would like to start over and keep the poser 11 stuff as it was. ( i made the mistake of stuff everything in the main runtime folder before i poserd this thread)
I would like to tidy it all up and get it more qrganized. however twice now i have uninstalled and reinstalled only to find the files are as they were? how do i get a freash install?

I had already paid for poser ten and before that I have supported poser since poser 7 so in my book when you buy a product it should work when you want it digital or not. when your car company brings out a new car they dont show up at your house to take the old one and expect you to go buy a new car. people who buy these products should have updates given to them after all we continue to syupport the company buying new support products .thanks but that's not much help, my new pc dont have a disk drive so it looks like this is a dead issue. thanks anyway.
An external usb disc player/writer is dirt cheap.
Poser 11 can be downloaded directly to your machine.

thanks to Badgermedicine for the heads up on the fix, got the shock of my life today when i came to use poser (i only use it these days for making ref pics) I really thought my poser days were over and almost uninstalled but thanks to the help here it was saved from the big boot.
