Message from Daz......dowloaded and reinstalled bryce 5.5a and problem seems to have been cured. Thanks you guys, appreciated the help.

Thanks Dan. I'm not that gened up on UVMapper and wouldnt know where to start and as i said to danamo, thats what I'm using to do import (501) the obj files.........hurry up 5.5.5!!

@Erlik No, its not the B55Axiom.dll its asking for the B5Axiom.dll file. The B55Axiom.dll is in the Bryce folder.

@foleypro. Its 2000 SP 4. @danamo. Yes i have Bryce 5 and I've been doing just that but its very annoying after paying out for Bryce 5.5. What bugs me is that the file not found by Bryce 5.5 is a Bryce 5 dll file (B5Axiom.dll). I even copied the file to Bryce 5.5 and i didnt get the error message (The dynamic link library B5Axiom.dll bla bla bla) but it crashed instead!!

Thanks ddaydreams, I'll try and find someone who could do it. It would be helpful if mainboards had more to start off with but, i suppose with hard drives becoming bigger, why bother.
