Thread: unable to import poser scene into vue | Forum: Vue
I don't have any problems with Poser5 imports at all. One thing you could try is to split the scene into two or thre parts and import them seperately. This is just an idea, but it might work. :) Cheers, Phil

Superb first job! However I have to repeat Dale_B... It looks kind of sterile due to the lack of any creature. Add some ducks, swans, cranes or even a heron. That would imporve your image a lot. Nevertheless this is a very nice image. :) Keep up the great work, Phil

Looks very nice! I agree with you that you still might need some paw prints. But you went into the right direction. :) Some things I'd improve are as follows: - the reflection on the hummer are a little bit too strong IMHO - I'd add some more lights to brighten the face of the three people, sicne they look kind of dark while standing in a snowy environment Just my two cents. :) Phil

Like numanoid already sugested I'd use Adobe After Effects if you do an animation. If you do a still Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop or any other decent image editing proggie will do. If you use Photoshop you should check out the Adobe Studio Exchange website for some neat little helpers. Some examples can be found here :) Phil
Thread: Which render is better, and getting the best of both? | Forum: Vue
Agree with the others. The left one has more contrast and looks more interesting. However I like the way the dress looks in the right image. Why not do a merge of both using Photoshop or any other image editor. Doesn't have to be pure Vue all the time, right? ;) I'd also add some additional lights (with flares switched off) in the left version to brighten the girl's face. To improve the skin you also might take a peek into Djeser's Mat setting tutorial for Poser imports which is very helpful. Hope this helps, Phil
Thread: Removing background image in P5? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Again many thanks for these lots of replies! :) @Sirkrite: For high resolution renders there's also the possibilty to do the render with a white (or black) background and save the result as an PSD file (Photoshop). Afterward you can import the figure/scene into any background, since Poser saves the PSD-file with a alpha channel included. :) Phil
