Thread: DMesh 1.00 Released | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Hmmm. Well, it is there. Sometimes the site seems to have some difficulty if several people are dl'ing at the same time. If you get the "Not Found..." message, back up and try again. I just tried it and got the not found message, but the second time I tried it worked. What can I say. Sometimes I've had to click several times even. It is there though. I can always email it if you can't get through. It's only about 10K zipped, so pretty small. Bruce
Thread: DMesh - New "Using with Poser" section | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
The Anatomy layer is pretty rudimentary at the moment. One of the areas that will get a major overhaul over the next little. Basically, what I've been testing/trying is to use a full DMesh arm, split it into several sections, (which is simply a matter of separating the single mesh in the Skin layer into several separate parts,) and using the reuslting sections as replacement parts in Poser. Haven't quite got the whole process figured out from the Poser side. :) Hopefully soon though. I'll email the basic steps though. Once I get it completely figured out, I'll post the info to the "Using DMesh with Poser" section on my web-site Bruce

Excellent, As I mentioned, I'm not completely up to speed on Poser yet, but it's coming along. I find this whole Morphing thing quite entertaining. Now that I figured out the sizing thing, I have a couple props to post once I get them cleaned up a bit. Bruce

I'm pretty new here and haven't been through all the free stuff mentioned above, but if what you want exactly isn't there, I could probably whip some up. I have a Bighorn Ram's horn image in the historical section on my site, but really don't know where I put the model :) Will find it though if that's what you're looking for. If you had some specific ideas in mind, or even a picture, I can see what I could make. Or just email me and we'll see what we can put togeather Bruce dke@sk.sympatico.caThread: DMesh - new QuickStart tutorial added | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Wow! Have to say I'm very thankful to have found this forum. The helpfulness of the user community here is quite impressive! Actually a little embarrassing to see several other people answer the question before I could :) I guess that's why you come here though eh? :) Just to clarify what exactly I did. The previous docs were written over several months, so had a core set plus a few addon's that had to be dl'd separately and overwrite some of the core pages with the new links/etc. So for this release, I pulled them all togeather, added the new QuickStart, then packaged them all up together as a single download. Sorry to have confused people into looking for a separate link, and will update the page text to explain this properly. Again, my greatest appreciation to the people of this forum who solved the question before I even read it :) Bruce ps: You both ARE on the beta team ;) Perhaps you meant the Alpha team? :) Or the Crash-and-Burn team? Actually, you can't join that one, since I'm the only one allowed there :)
Thread: DMesh - new sample models released | Forum: Carrara
Strange. Not sure if it's because of the increase in traffic since mentioning on this site. But that's a good thing right? :) I know sometimes I've had to click the link a couple times, (and sometimes several,) but then it finally establishes the link. If you have any more problems, please email me. I can arrange a mirror site if the situation isn't resolved quickly. Bruce dke@sk.sympatico.ca

There is a new QuickStart tutorial added as of Oct 12th. I will post an actual message, but thought I would mention it here as well in case someone was reading this
