Growing up with a photographing father, the movie "Blow Up" - yes - and it's also a kind of praise for God's creation - so no special area apart from people ;-)

it's better to get an official statement from your camera maker which CF cards are accepted by which modell - a real story alone for Fujifilm models, so I guess the others are not better due to the fairly open CF specifications; I have no final opinion yet but I'm using exclusively Microdrives (1 , 2, and 4 GB) exclusively from IBM or Hitachi (for the same reason as for CF, Magicstor is again a different story)...

pity - the only major thing I miss is the right focus; you can't see it on the digital display; manual focussing with a tripod is a nightmare with those moving artists; only chance - also for better cropping - is to use serial shots; you need a big big portion of luck too to get these right I guess...

Thread: Monochrome VS Monochrome | Forum: Photography
be it a matter of taste - i like the brown version more - perhaps it associates "better" to a handfelt photography; putting both images side by side makes the grey one colder...

it works very well in b/w - even printed in A3 size - but the colour version is also charming in my view ... (only adjusting lighting and contrast do not work however - use of the RAW information is crucial)
