If you are having problems with the software to begin with, that alone will cause the injection pose to fail. I am wondering if it is an incompatibility problem. Is the Aiko 3 you are using the LE (Limited Edition) or the original base? Are you saving your morphed Aiko as a CR2?
Thread: two monitors | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I have one small flat screen and one large CRT to spread my Poser program. For the CRT, purchase a DVI/VGA converter for connection. Once your set up is recognized, use the video properties to spread your desktop across two monitors. When I activate Poser, I move my entire workspace to the smaller monitor and leave the preview window all by itself on the main monitor. That way all my controls are one side and the scenes on the other.

Exactly how big is your runtime folder? That may have some affect on what you are seeing.
Thread: Can't view Sharecg animations | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I just went to the site and was able to view it without any problems using IE 7. Something must certainly be lacking in Firefox. Maybe an active X?
Thread: V4.2 + Poser pro problem | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
You did say you had Poser 7 also installed. If V4.2 is working in Poser 7, just have PoserPro use the P7 runtime as an external runtime. No need to install twice.
Thread: Does a figure's file size affect the render of the image? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
To answer your question, yes. I have had some renders bog my system down so much that it required a reboot to remedy the load. It is best to eliminate as many props and figures from your scene that is not visible. Reduce your dependence on too many lights. For distant objects, use lo-res texturing, no need to see detail in those cases. And if your actor is clothed, make those body parts that are hidden invisible. Poser will not render objects it clearly does not see.
About morphed figures, keeping it simple will reduce the file size. Keep the morphs important to your scene and eliminate the others. All morphed characters should be saved in your library until needed. Once introduced and posed, delete the extra baggage.
Thread: Adapting clothing between figures? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Cobaltdream does have a point. I haven't used CrossDresser in a while but, to my recollection, it does only rely on the licensed base figure unlike WW uses the cr2 for conversions.
Thread: Poser is hanging after conforming figures | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Something has changed but I can't figure out where or why. I am assuming that V4.2 did validate it's installation, so the only thing I can recommend is to click the update Victoria 4.2 base icon on your desktop to see if that corrects the problem. (Hopefully you do have the Update V4.2 icon generated from your installation).
Thread: Figure Height Problem? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
You're correct, AnAardvark, the height feature only works well with the e-frontier figures. Typically the ones that come bundled with Poser and the G2 series.

Actually PoserPro has been set up to link to runtime folders on a network. I do have multiple computers at home, maybe I'll try it someday.

Vicki 3 or 4? And is it current hair and clothing? Reason I ask, the newer content, especially the hair, is equipped with morph dials which correspond to the different figures you are conforming to. Double check if this isn't the case.
Thread: Background does not appear when I export image as PNG format | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Think what ranman38 is implying is bring the PNG into a paint program that supports layers, insert the background as a separate layer, then flatten the image once everything is set up to the artist's liking. That should clarify the posts.
Thread: Magnets.... | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I pick this up recently but haven't had a chance to play with it. Maybe it would be better to scale the entire hair smaller then pull the x axis out rather than in. Pulling in might create a dent effect.
