Thats funny I was working on the same project low ground fog, i finaly achieved what i was after
Fog Density =100
Altitude = 65

That is true, as for speed at the end of the day there is actualy little in it. I would advise as much ram as possible, 3GB would be a smart choise for vue in particular. since i upgraded to 3GB I do have less problems.

Ahh tomorow my weekend starts,back to using Vue again who knows maybe i will create something good this weekend. Looks like i crreated quite a good disscusion. Thanks all for posting on this thread. Looks like some good stuff came to the surface!

Well they finaly got back to me, asking for more symtoms, so I will hang around for a while and wait to be asked even more questions. I using a PC by the way. I used to be a techmical support Engineer, if I could not fix the problem within 24 hours, yes 24 hours (I would also have to answer all enquiries within 1 hour of receiving them)I would be on a plane to customer. what anoys me is that this worked well until the update. all they have to do is look at the code and see what they changed( damm give the code to me I will look at it and fix it) Hell otherwise this is a great program, apart from the crashing, lack of a real good water drawing function, the results I get when it works are stunning. Been using Vue products since they first came out, must have thrown a $1000 their way

also forgot its 7 days since I sent Vue a request to fix this one(second time of trying)Not a dickie out of them. I spent $500 on this program, I like vue but it has way too many problems. I will not spend serious cash like this again unless I know it works. Yes you will post replies saying how wonderfull the tech support is, but sorry not in my case.

Still no reply about this. but i think I see where the problem lies. I have two profiles (long story) I actually purchased the products under the id of andrewe_66. the Order Confirmation: Id 111025289

Yes I get an error message, the simplest one (error can not load this file). Before updating I could load from poser 5 with no problems. And yes I am still aassociated with in prefernces for poser. It took them 5 days to get back to me, that is very poor customer servise (I work in customer service, we have to return all enquiries with in two hours, and have the problem fixed within 48 hours) I just think that there are way to many bugs in this program.
